BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group achieved a surge in profit before tax from RM 140.32 million in FYE 2021 to RM 326.56 million in FYE 2022, representing an increase of 132.7% due to higher revenue recorded. Going Forward, The Group will continue to emphasise cost management, efficiency improvement and automation initiatives across our operations for business sustainability and adaptability amidst challenging business landscapes. These ongoing strategies will help to preserve the Group’s margins and increase our market share in line with our volume expansion.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 3.9% from RM2,272.2 million to RM2,361.4 million in comparison with the immediate preceding quarter. The revenue growth was due mainly to higher average selling price and sales volume of livestock feed in Vietnam as well as higher average selling price in Indonesia and Malaysia. The higher average selling price of DOC in Indonesia also contributed to the revenue growth. The group’s profit before taxation improved by 128.0% from RM43.9 million in FQE 30 June 2022 to RM100.1 million in FQE 30 September 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 8.9% from RM2,087.2 million to RM2,272.2 million in comparison with the immediate preceding quarter. The revenue growth was due mainly to higher average selling price and sales volume of broiler chickens in Vietnam. The higher average selling price of livestock feed in Vietnam and Indonesia also contributed to the growth. The group’s profit before taxation improved by 37.4% from RM31.9 million in FQE 31 March 2022 to RM43.9 million in FQE 30 June 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation decreased by 44.5% from RM57.5 million in FQE 31 December 2021 to RM31.9 million in FQE 31 March 2022, primarily due to an increase in raw material costs of livestock feed production.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reversed loss before taxation of RM60.1 million in FQE 30 September 2021 into profit before taxation of RM57.5 million in FQE 31 December 2021, primarily due to the general improvement in average selling price of poultry products in the group’s operating market.

The Group’s profit before taxation decreased by 259.2% from RM37.8 million in FQE 30 June 2021 to a loss before taxation of RM60.1 million in FQE 30 September 2021, primarily due to increase in raw material costs of livestock feed production.

The Group’s profit before taxation decreased by 50.9% from RM130.9million in FQE 31 March 2021 to RM64.3 million in FQE 30 June 2021, primarily due to an increase in raw material costs of livestock feed production.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation increased by 53.9% from RM68.32 million in FQE 31 December 2020 to RM105.15 million in FQE 31 March 2021, primarily due to higher margin arising from an improvement in average selling price of DOC and broiler chickens in Indonesia and Philippines as compared to the immediate preceding quarter. This was further contributed by higher sales volume and average selling price of broiler chickens in Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before taxation increased by 34.4% from RM22.92 million in FQE 30 June 2020 to RM30.80 million in FQE 30 September 2020, primarily due to better profitability from improved revenue in Vietnam and smaller losses from operations in Indonesia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 0.6% from RM1,434.13 million to RM1,425.43 million as compared with the immediate preceding quarter. This decrease was mainly due to lower sales volume of livestock feed and broiler chickens in Indonesia.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 34.32 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 581.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 1379 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue and profit before tax at RM1,544.04 million and RM84.23 million respectively for 30 December 2020 as compared to RM1,434.13 million and RM67.67 million respectively in 31 March 2020. The decrease in revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to lower sales volume of livestock feed and lower average selling price of eggs in Malaysia, decrease in average selling price of DOC and livestock feed volume in Indonesia as well as lower average selling price of broiler chickens in Vietnam.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 1.1% from RM1,527.14 million to RM1,544.04 million in comparison with the preceding quarter. This was attributed to an increase in average selling prices of broiler chickens and DOC in Indonesia and broiler chickens in Vietnam. The Group’s profit before taxation decreased by 40.1% from RM83.81 million in current quarter to RM50.19 million in 31 December 2019, primarily due to lower margin arising from a decrease in the average selling prices of broiler chickens and DOC in Malaysia.
