The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM1.3 million as compared to the previous year profit before tax of RM0.8 million as a results of lower revenue. The loss before tax was due to delay in launching new projects and the lower profit margin from its turnkey management project. The risk to the inflation outlook remain on the upside especially on the major building materials which have driven up the construction cost. We have to pass some of these costs increases to house buyers to mitigate our profit margin compression. The outlook on interest rate globally is expected to moderate over the year which may translate to low interest rate locally which will augur well for the property sector. Since our target market is on landed properties priced competitively in a good location, we expect good response to our property once its launched
