    The group reported a loss after tax of RM43. 28 million for financial year ended 31 December 2022 due mainly to the loss of the income stream from The Andaman. Going forward, the Board will, in addition to routine business during the current financial year, continue to look into the enhancement or development of ESG and corporate governance policies and procedures in the best interest of the Company’s shareholders and stakeholders.
