In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 8.27 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 58 million and auditor’s remuneration of 307 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit contribution from plantation increased by RM4.71 million or 53% from RM8.87 million to RM13.58 million benefited from 35% higher FFB production despite a 14% drop in average FFB selling price. As for the milling operations, profit has jumped significantly from RM1.49 million to RM20.53 million. The good performance of milling operations in the current quarter was due to higher production and better processing margin whilst the performance of the preceding quarter was adversely affected by lower FFB intake.

The profit contribution from plantation increased by RM4.31 million or 95% from RM4.56 million to RM8.87 million benefited from 39% higher FFB selling price despite a 17% drop in FFB production.
