BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM 34.4 million for the current financial year, compared to a loss of RM29.8 million in the previous financial year. The performance of the Group for the current financial year was affected by declining margins and stagnant sales revenue. The declining margins was attributed to the high fuel cost and under-utilisation of production capacity of its manufacturing subsidiaries. Looking Forward, The Group will continues to take actions in protecting its cash position, improve working capital management and to preserve the cashflow of the business. Cost-cutting measures include deferring and control of all discretionary operating expenditure such as restricting travels and spending only on essentials, re-prioritising of business activities and investments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
he Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter has increased to RM88.3 million from RM80.9 million. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM6.5 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax of RM15.1 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter has decreased from RM86.3 million to RM80.9 million, mainly due to the slow-down in the Malaysian domestic markets as a result of the delay in construction projects aggravated by current shortage of foreign labour. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM15.1 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax of RM5.1 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to lower revenue and higher production costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM5.1 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax of RM9.1 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to impairment on assets made during the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM5.5 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax of RM12.3 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher revenue as well as gains on disposal of an investment property.

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM17.4 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax of RM4.2 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to the recognition of relocation compensation received by its Shanghai subsidiary.

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM4.2 million for the current financial quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax of RM4.5 million for the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher revenue recorded as its operation in the second financial quarter was significantly affected by adverse operational conditions including economic lockdown and restrictions implemented by the governments of various countries in the geographical segments where the Group operates to curb the spread of Covid-19 pandemic

The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter has decreased from RM72.7 million to RM61.3 million, as its operation was significantly affected by measurements including economic lockdown and restrictions implemented by the governments of various countries in the geographical segments where the Group operates to curb the spread of Covid-19 pandemic.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2018, the directors’ remuneration was 8.45 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 20 million and auditor’s remuneration of 612 thousands

The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter has decreased from RM100.2 million to RM72.7 million, mainly due to the slow-down in domestic markets of all geographical segments in which the Group operates as well as oversea markets, apart from seasonal factors relating to the festive season, which normally affects sales in the first quarter.
