BURSA MALAYSIA –
For 3Q22, the Group has recorded higher revenue from management fee income but lower PBT compared to previous quarter ended 30 June 2022 mainly due to higher operating and credit loss expenses
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For 2Q22, the Group has recorded lower revenue and PBT by 0.6% compared to previous quarter ended 30 March 2022 mainly due to lower brokerage fees and higher overhead expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For 1Q22, the Group has recorded lower PBT by 50% compared to previous quarter ended 31 December 2021 mainly due to trading and investment loss, lower management fees income and brokerage income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For 4Q21, the Group has recorded higher PBT of RM41.6 million compared to previous quarter ended 30 September 2021 mainly due to higher management fees income and net trading and investment income but partially negated by higher overheads.

The Group has recorded lower PBT of RM26.3 million compared to previous quarter ended 30 June 2021 mainly due to lower brokerage income and net trading and investment income, but partially mitigated by higher management fee income and lower overhead expenses.

The Group has recorded lower PBT of RM37.6 million in the current quarter compared to previous quarter of RM42.6 million ended 31 March 2021 mainly due to lower brokerage income, net trading and investment income and investment banking fees income partially mitigated by lower overhead expenses.

For 1Q21, the Group has recorded lower PBT of RM42.7 million compared to previous quarter ended 31 December 2020 mainly due to lower net trading and investment income and investment banking fees income partially mitigated by higher brokerage income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For 2Q20, the Group has recorded PBT of RM25.9 million compared to LBT of RM7.6 million for previous quarter ended 31 March 2020 mainly due to higher net income contributed by higher brokerage and trading income. In addition, there is share of profit from joint venture and reversal of credit loss provision.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM165.1 million for 1Q20 as compared to 4Q19 of RM165.7 million. Net income has improved mainly contributed by higher net brokerage. For 1Q20, the Group has recorded LBT of RM7,598 compared to PBT of RM14,434 for 4Q19 mainly due to increase in provision for impairment of RM10.3 million and lower management fees income but partially mitigated by higher recovery of bad debts and net brokerage income.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.18 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 185.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 523 thousands
