BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM26.31 million for current quarter as compared to RM31.66 million in the previous quarter ended 31 March 2020. The Group’s PBT of RM0.22 million for the current quarter was 89% lower than RM2.01 million in the previous quarter. The overall decreased was mainly due to construction activities were halted during the MCO imposed by the Government of Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT of RM2.01 million for the current quarter was 58% lower than RM4.76 million achieved in the previous quarter ended 31 December 2019. The overall decreased was mainly due to the decrease in revenues and increase in staff costs.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.67 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 13.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 99 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a gross profit of RM8.21 million for the current quarter as compared to RM8.14 million in the previous quarter ended 30 September 2019. This is in line with the increase in revenue of RM48.95 million for current quarter as compared with RM45.68 million in the previous quarter. The Group’s PBT of RM4.76 million for the current quarter was 21% higher than RM3.95 million in the previous quarter. The increase was mainly due to the increase in revenues.
