BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a profit before tax of RM2.12 million as compared to the loss before tax of RM5.66 million in the same corresponding period in preceding year due to the reversal of over provision of bad debts on trade receivables of RM1.58 million and gain on valuation of properties of RM5.67 million. Going Forward, Under the Healthcare division, the Group continues to improve the hospital’s utilisation rate and efficiency. The Group will continue to increase the marketing spend to build a wider patient base as well as leverage its unique value proposition of all female O&G doctors.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue was higher by RM29 million as compared to preceding quarter (“Q1FY22”) due to revenue generated from the Coara Marang Project. Due to the gain on disposal of land, the Group recorded a PBT compared to a LBT of RM2.6 million in Q1FY22.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue was higher by RM0.6 million or 10.3% as compared to preceding quarter (“Q4FY21”) which resulted from revenue generated from the Coara Marang Project and sales of high margin products such as finishing and general building products during the quarter. However, the Group recorded a lower LBT (by RM0.5 million or 16.8%) as compared to Q4FY21 mainly due to higher net gain on impairment of trade receivables (by RM0.4 million).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The financial results for the financial year under review are representative of a company in transition, recording a net loss before tax of RM9.2 million as the leadership continues to push ahead with the transformation of the Group. The net loss before tax however represents a 76.2% loss reduction as compared to the previous year. Upon completion of the transformation programme, the Group will be transformed as a renewable energy player with a strong focus on sustainability. As at the end of financial year, the Group had signed Heads of Agreements to acquire a 5.99 MW solar plant, a 40 MW small hydropower plant, and a 30-bedded boutique hospital specialising in obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue was lower by RM6.7 million or 55.0% as there was no progress claim on revenue generated from Coara Marang Project during the current quarter. The Group recorded a LBT of RM2.6 million (profit before tax (“PBT”) of RM0.02 million in previous quarter) mainly due to previous quarter reversal of bank guarantee claims of RM3.3 million. However, this was partially offset by higher gross profit margin and financing cost (by RM0.7 million) during the quarter.

Ipmuda Bhd is among the stocks to watch on Monday, according to JF Apex Research. Ipmuda announced that it has signed a slew of heads of agreement to acquire several renewable energy (RE) plants and healthcare assets totalling RM192.4mil, in line with the group’s growth plan.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a profit before tax of RM0.02 million compared to a loss before tax of RM1.93 million in the last quarter. This is mainly due to reversal of bank guarantee claims, reversal of impairment, non-recurring expenses arising from corporate exercise, professional fees and legal fees from debt recovery.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a loss before tax of RM1.9 million compared to a loss before tax of RM4.1 million in the last quarter. This is mainly due to net reversal of impairment of financial assets of RM2.0 million in the current quarter, and bank guarantee claim expense of RM3.3 million and gain on disposal of a property of RM3.9 million in current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 2.18 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 16.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 221 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a turnover of RM5 million for current quarter, representing a decrease of 74% compared to the preceding quarter of RM19 million. The decrease in our sales of building materials are due to the restrictions arising from the MCO and CMCO. The Group recorded a pre-tax loss of RM10 million compared to preceding quarter of RM7 million. This was mainly due to impairment of development cost amounting to RM2.7 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a turnover of RM19 million for the current quarter, representing a decrease of 41% compared to the preceding quarter of RM32 million. The decrease in our sales of building materials are due to the restrictions arising from the MCO. The Group recorded a pre-tax loss of RM7 million compared to previous year corresponding quarter of RM 13 million. This is mainly due lower impairment of trade receivables of RM4.6 million and lower operating expenses by RM1.9 million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.62 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 16.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 296 thousands
