The Group posted revenue of RM169.1 million and a PBT of RM27.1 million for FY2024, compared to RM106.9 million and RM37.2 million in the preceding financial year. Despite the higher revenue, the Group’s PBT declined by 27%, mainly due to comparatively lower project margins for projects in the current financial year. Additionally, there were cost savings from the finalization of accounts for construction contracts recognized in the preceding financial year, along with higher financing costs incurred in FY2024. Looking ahead to FY2025, we will leverage our proven success blueprint to drive sales for Phase 2 and continue to capitalize on steady demand for our Township development in Kulim, Kedah, to roll out new projects.
