BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM91.3 million and profit before tax of RM13.7 million for 2022 Q3 compared to 2022 Q2 turnover and profit before tax of RM91.1 million and RM7.7 million respectively. The higher profit before tax for 2022 Q3 compared with 2022 Q2 was due to higher turnover, improved operational efficiency, the strengthening of USD against MYR, and higher progress billings from existing and new projects
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM91.1 million and profit before tax of RM7.7 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM63.0 million and RM3.8 million respectively. The improved performance of the Group in the current quarter compared to the last quarter was due to most of the entities within the Group only being allowed to resume operations at the end of August 2021 after the workers had completed their vaccinations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM63.0 million and profit before tax of RM3.8 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and loss before tax of RM50.3 million and RM2.1 million respectively. The improved performance of the Group in the current quarter compared to the last quarter was due to all entities within the Group being allowed to resume operations at the end of August 2021 after the workers had completed their vaccination

The Group recorded turnover of RM50.3 million and loss before tax of RM2.1 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM95.9 million and RM11.1 million respectively. The under performance of the Group in the current quarter compared to the last quarter was due to the COVID-19 pandemic and FMCO announced by the Government on 1 June 2021.

The Group recorded turnover of RM50.3 million and loss before tax of RM2.1 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM95.9 million and RM11.1 million respectively. The under performance of the Group in the current quarter compared to the last quarter was due to the COVID-19 pandemic and FMCO announced by the Government on 1 June 2021.
The Edge –
Jaycorp Bhd’s second quarter net profit rose 88.04% to RM10.11 million from RM5.38 million a year earlier, largely supported by higher profit from its furniture and carton box manufacturing business. Jaycorp declared a first interim dividend of five sen per share, payable on April 29.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 6.58 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 55.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 250 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM87.6 million and profit before tax of RM7.0 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM56.8 million and RM3.3 million respectively. The improved performance of the Group was due to the Conditional Movement Control Order and Recovery Movement Control Order implemented by the Government between 4th May 2020 and 10th June 2020. Under the CMCO and RMCO, the national economy was slowly reopened in a controlled manner.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM56.8 million and profit before tax of RM3.3 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM88.7 million and RM7.5 million respectively. The under performance of the Group in the current quarter compared to the last quarter was due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Movement Control Order (“MCO”) announced by the Government.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded turnover of RM88.7 million and profit before tax of RM7.5 million for the current quarter compared to last quarter’s turnover and profit before tax of RM76.3 million and RM7.1 million respectively. For the investment holding segment, the turnover and profit before tax for the current quarter were higher than the last quarter as dividends were declared by subsidiaries in the current quarter. This segment result will be offset by the inter-co elimination.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 7.59 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 56.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 263 thousands
