BURSA MALAYSIA –
The pre-tax profit slightly decreased by 2.2% to RM111.182 million as compared to the previous financial year due to the implementation of minimum wages which effective in May 2022, as well soaring cost for upkeep and maintenance of estates especially fertiliser and fuel during the year. In near future, , the Group will further enhance mechanisation, including automated systems for fertiliser application, crops evacuation and FFB loading processes. These innovations are expected to improve yields, reduce wastage, and keep costs down, making its oil palm plantation business more competitive.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM13.234 million for the current quarter, a decrease of 31% as compared to RM19.224 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower average selling prices of both CPO and PK.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM19.224 million for the current quarter, a decrease of 53% as compared to RM40.486 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower average selling prices of both CPO and PK.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM40.486 million for the current quarter, a slight increase of 5% as compared to RM38.594 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was mainly due to higher average selling price of CPO and partially offset by lower average selling price of PK and lower sales volume of CPO and PK.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax for the current quarter at RM38.594 million was 11% lower compared to immediate preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower CPO and PK sales volume arising from seasonal lower FFB production.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM43.502 million for the current quarter, an increase of 38% compared to RM31.493 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was due to higher sales volume and higher average selling price of CPO and PK.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM31.493 million for the current quarter, an increase of 17% compared to RM26.867 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was due to higher average selling price of CPO and increase in FFB production volume by 15%.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM26.867 million for the current quarter, an increase of 129% compared to RM11.716 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was due to higher sales volume of CPO and PK, both by 16% arising from higher FFB production. Higher average selling price of CPO also contributed to the higher profit to the Group.

Profit before tax for the current quarter at RM11.716 million was 8% lower compared to immediate preceding quarter. The decrease was due to lower CPO and PK sales volume arising from seasonal lower FFB production.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax for the current quarter at RM13.374 million was 4% higher compared to RM12.878 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was mainly due to increase in average selling prices of CPO and PK by 8% and 10% respectively.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax for the current quarter at RM12.878 million was 50% higher compared to RM8.587 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase was mainly due to higher FFB production. Current quarter FFB Production stood at 62,163 MT, 20% higher than preceding quarter due to seasonally higher crop.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.57 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 34.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 121 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax for the current quarter at RM8.587 million was 33% lower compared to RM12.766 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower CPO and PK sales volume arising from lower FFB production due to seasonal trend.

The Group recorded profit before tax of RM12.766 million for the current quarter compared to RM5.088 million in preceding quarter mainly due to higher average selling prices of CPO and PK by 22% and 21% respectively. Higher production of CPO and PK by 5% and 2% respectively arising from higher FFB production also contributed to the margin.
