BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted loss after tax (“LAT”) of RM0.63 million in FY2022 compared to a profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM3.06 million in FY2021 in tandem with the decrease in revenue. Moving forward, the paradigm shift to digitalisation is indeed a welcome opportunity for INNITY to reinforce its role as a leading provider of online advertising solutions and other related internet-based services.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a PBT of RM0.48 million in 4Q22 as compared to LBT of RM0.62 million in 3Q22, representing RM1.10 million increase in PBT. The increase in PBT was mainly due to the higher product margin after offsetting lower increment in operating costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In 3Q22, the group’s digital advertising revenue dipped by 19% compared to the immediate preceding quarter as advertisers are spending less. This is due to the fact consumers are cautiously spending less due to higher cost of living coupled with shifting of consumers’ shopping behavior to offilne following the reopening of borders after prolonged lockdowns. The reported LBT was in tandem with the decrease in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Almost all Southeast Asean countries have reopened the borders to resume the economic activities after long periods of periodic lockdowns. However global headwinds derail the recovery. Nevertheless, the group managed to maintain the revenue at RM32.7 million as compared against the immediate preceding quarter in 1Q22. Despite a consistent group product margin and higher operating income recorded in 2Q22, PBT was reduced to RM0.18 million from RM0.43 million. The lower PBT recorded in 2Q22 was due to higher operating costs incurred in the current quarter coupled with the share of the losses in equity-accounted associate.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a PBT of RM0.43 million in the current quarter as compared to a PBT of RM3.07 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The decreased in PBT was due to the sales mix contribution from lower margin product

The Group reported a PBT of RM3.31 million in the current quarter as compared to a PBT of RM2.10 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The improved PBT was due to higher product mix margin
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group experienced a strong rebound in sales momentum amid positive sentiment among advertisers. In the current quarter, majority of the business units contributed positively to the higher revenue compared against the immediate preceding quarter except for Vietnam, Taiwan and Myanmar. The Group successfully achieved a turnaround from a LBT of RM0.11 million in 2Q21 to a PBT of RM1.47 million in 3Q21 which was in tandem with the increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue has increased by RM1.46 million or 6% from RM25.87 million in 1Q21 to RM27.33 million in 2Q21. In the current quarter, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia business units contributed positively to the higher revenue compared against the immediate preceding quarter. The Group managed to turn around from a LBT of RM0.15 million in 1Q21 to a PBT of RM0.25 million in 2Q21 which was in tandem with the increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Due to the usual slower quarter in the calendar year, the Group’s revenue deteriorated by RM7.93 million or 23% from RM33.79 million in 4Q20 to RM25.87 million in 1Q21. The Group posted LBT of RM 0.15 million in 1Q21 as compared with PBT of RM5.25 Million in 4Q20. The drop in revenue and lower product margin has consequently led to a LBT.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In 3Q20, the group managed to turnaround from LBT of RM1.81 million in 2Q20 to a PBT of RM0.72 million. The positive performance was in tandem with the increase in revenue. The group experienced growing sales momentum after the coronavirus pandemic post-lockdown mainly in a few segments namely Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines as compared against the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group’s revenue rose by RM1.27 million or 6% from RM21.31 million in 1Q20 to RM22.58 million in 2Q20, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan and Cambodia are among the segments that performed better compared against the immediate preceding quarter. The group posted a lower LBT of RM1.81 million as compared to RM4.38 million in 1Q20, this was mainly due to lower staff cost incurred couple with lower spending in other operating expenses.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.24 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 34.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 155 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In 4Q19, the Group’s revenue surged by 16% to RM30.2 million from RM26.1 million in the preceding quarter. All of the segments contributed higher revenue except Malaysia, Taiwan and Singapore segments which was in line with the Company cyclical nature of the business whereby advertisers tends to fully spend their advertising budget. The Group reported a PBT of RM1.73 million in the current quarter as compared to a PBT of RM0.41 million in preceding quarter. The increased PBT was mainly due to the increase in revenue.
