BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 6% from RM106.005 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM99.293 million. Profit before tax of RM10.858 million was recorded for the current quarter. Ideal Residency, an affordable homes project strategically located in the heart of Penang, has garnered positive response with commendable take up rate to-date. Sales of this development in the heart of Penang Island has reached 93% and construction is currently at 37% of completion. In addition to that, Havana Beach Residences is a beach-inspired affordable home development in Bayan Lepas, the fastest growing district in Penang. Sales is very encouraging at 81% and construction is currently at 37% of completion.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased from RM94.461 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM106.005 million. This is due to the active construction of Ideal Residency and Havana Beach Residences. Profit before tax of RM15.076 million was recorded for the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased from RM213.054 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM94.461 million. This is due to the completion of The Amarene in the previous quarter. Profit before tax of RM9.883 million was recorded for the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, revenue increased substantially from RM97.092 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM213.054 million. Profit before tax of RM31.468 million was recorded for the current quarter. The Group has launched Ideal Residency, a development in the heart of Penang
Island with gross development value of RM520 million. This project has garnered positive response with high take up rate to-date. In addition to that, The Group is developing Havana Beach Residences, a beach-inspired affordable home development in Bayan Lepas with gross development value of RM535 million. This project is a hit among millennial as it is located in the fastest growing district in Penang.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax of RM11.401 million was recorded for the current quarter. The Goup’s ongoing project, The Amarene, has a gross property sold value of RM218.531 million with unbilled sales of RM79.393 million. This project is currently at 57% of completion.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased more than 100% from RM53.146 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM163.675 million. This was attributed to the completion of Imperial Grande during the current quarter. Imperial Grande has a gross property sold value of RM377.358 million. Profit before tax of RM23.810 million was recorded for the current quarter. The loss before tax of RM21.676 million in the immediate preceding quarter was due to the impairment of goodwill of RM20 million
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 35.52% from RM61.467 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM39.633 million for the current quarter. Loss before tax increased from RM24.651 million to loss before tax of RM30.748 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded total revenue of RM61.467 million for the current quarter compared to RM141.335 million in the preceding quarter. The group achieved a loss after tax of RM25.835 million (after impairment of goodwill of RM27 million) as compared to profit after tax of RM12.178 million in the preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.42 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 165 thousands
