BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower profit before tax of approximately RM5.10 million in the current financial year ended 31 May 2024, as compared to approximately RM12.85 million in last financial year. This was mainly due to lower revenue which was partially offset by higher interest income. Going Forward, We will continue to broaden our product offerings and services to our customers, and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base across all industries, both locally and overseas.Under the current economic climate, we will continue to exercise prudent credit management, cost optimisation and tight management of internal efficiencies, towards growing both our top and bottom-line results.

The Group recorded a higher profit before tax of approximately RM7.10 million in the current cumulative financial quarter as compared to approximately RM4.70 million in the corresponding cumulative financial quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The overall gross profit margin increased from approximately 28.16% in the preceding financial quarter to approximately 30.83% in the current financial quarter mainly due to increase in local sales of corrugated packaging to the E&E industry as compared to the preceding financial quarter. The Group’s profit before tax also increased from approximately RM4.56 million in the preceding financial quarter to RM5.92 million in the current financial quarter mainly due to higher gross profit recorded for the financial quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –

The overall gross profit margin increased from approximately 19.47% in the preceding financial quarter to approximately 28.16% in the current financial quarter mainly due to increase in sales to Mexico and Thailand as compared to the preceding financial quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax increased slightly from approximately RM2.04 million in the preceding financial quarter to RM2.26 million in the current financial quarter as a result of lower administrative expenses and finance costs
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Notwithstanding the higher revenue, the overall gross profit margin reduced from approximately 25.08% in the preceding financial quarter to approximately 21.08% in the current financial quarter mainly due to the share-based payment for production staff. As a result of the share-based payment, the Group recorded a lower profit before tax of approximately RM2.04 million in the current financial quarter as compared to approximately RM2.66 million in the preceding financial quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of approximately RM18.39 million in the current financial quarter as compared to approximately RM25.19 million in the preceding financial quarter. There was a decrease in sales of paper-based packaging to its major customers mainly in the Consumer E&E and sheath contraceptive industries. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to reduction in the Group’s operating capacity where it operated at 60% capacity. The Group has resumed 100% operating capacity on 18 September 2021 and it is expected that its financial performance will improve moving forward.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In line with the decrease in revenue due to the decrease in sale of paper-based packaging to its major customers during the current financial quarter, the Group’s profit before tax decreased from approximately RM6.12 million in the previous financial quarter to approximately RM4.58 million in the current financial quarter.
