BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM31.149 million for the financial year ended 31st December 2022. This represented an decrease of RM5.721 million or 15.52% compared to the profit before tax of 2021 due to the delay in the launching of several new projects in property division. For the manufacturing division, its performance would be dependent on orders from existing customers and the gradual recovery of the global economy as well as the performance of our overseas subsidiary. This division is expected to continue to improve domestically with the good response subsequent to the launch of the new Myvi, Ativa and several other new models. As for the property division, revenue will be mainly from our on-going Amverton Links Phase 2 as well as our completed project, Amverton Greens in Bukit Kemuning. Our proposed joint venture was recently approved in an EGM on 12 January 2022, the Company intends to launch several projects such as 154 units’ double-storey terraces houses in Sungai Buloh, 78 units of double-storey terrace houses in Klang, 141 unit’s bungalows in Carey Island and Phase 1 of town houses in Carey Island in 2022. The Company has also launched for sale 100 units of townhouses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM43.546 million and RM9.300 million
respectively compared to revenue of RM42.068 million and profit before tax of RM8.354 million for the
immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022. The increase in revenue was mainly attributed from the
manufacturing division due to the high demand for our components that we supply to the automotive industry.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM42.068 million and RM8.354 million respectively compared to revenue of RM39.554 million and profit before tax of RM7.826 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022. The increase in revenue and profit was mainly attributed from the manufacturing division due to the high demand fo our components that we supply to the automotive industry.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM39.554 million and RM7.826 million respectively compared to revenue of RM71.666 million and profit before tax of RM14.784 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. For the property division, the decrease in revenue and profit before tax was mainly attributable to the delay of new launches in Quarter 1 2022, and the rush for the signing of SPAs during the last quarter 2021, due to the home ownership campaign expiring at the end of Dec 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM75.651 million and RM14.666 million respectively compared to revenue of RM37.307 million and profit before tax of RM9.385 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021. The increase in revenue and profit before tax was mainly attributable to better sales in Malaysia post MCO for both the manufacturing and property division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM37.307 million and RM9.385 million respectively compared to revenue of RM25.592 million and profit before tax of RM5.048 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021. This was mainly attributed to the higher profit recognition from our property division due to completion of Amverton Links Phase 1 in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM25.592 million and RM5.048 million respectively compared to revenue of RM34.684 million and profit before tax of RM7.653 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. This was mainly attributed to the lower profit recognition from our property division and also to the implementation of full MCO by our government starting from 1 June 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM34.684 million and RM7.653 million respectively compared to revenue of RM59.962 million and profit before tax of RM9.936 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. This was mainly attributed to the lower profit recognition from our property division and also lower sales during the festive season in the month of February 2021 for the manufacturing division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM21.911 million and RM2.111 million respectively compared to revenue of RM31.984 million and profit before tax of RM5.223 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020. The drop in revenue and results were mainly due to the implementation of MCO by our government starting from 18th March 2020.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.8 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 111 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue and profit before tax for the current quarter were RM31.984 million and RM5.223 million respectively compared to revenue of RM40.217 million and profit before tax of RM7.537 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019. This was mainly attributed to the lower profit recognition from our property division. Besides, the drop in profit from manufacturing division was resulted from lower sales during Chinese Lunar New Year festive season in the month of January 2020 and also stoppage of production due to Movement Control Order
