BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group revenue increased by 61.7% from RM48.76 million in financial year ended 31 December 2021 (“FYE 2021”) to RM78.84 million in FYE 2022, The Group also recorded an impressive growth in PBT and PAT, which have increased by RM14.16 million or 165.1% and 12.59 million or 196.4% respectively as compared to FYE 2021 due to the significant increase in our revenue, GP and GP margin. Going Forward, The Group will continue to deliver high-quality and innovative products at competitive pricing, focus on increasing sales volume through collaboration with our customers to tap into the e-commerce and digital platform, and expand our customer reach to other countries through participation in various international furniture and wooden picture frame exhibitions and events.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s current quarter revenue registered at RM17.7 million, a decrease of RM5.8 million or 24.7% compared to RM23.5 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2022 mainly due to lower export sales revenue from wooden picture frames and mouldings. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM5.1 million, a decrease of RM2.1 million or 29.2% compared to RM7.2 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2022
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s current quarter revenue registered at RM23.5 million, an increase of RM0.6 million or 2.6% compared to RM22.9 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 mainly due to higher export sales revenue from wooden picture frames and mouldings and the strengthening of US Dollars. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM7.2 million, an increase of RM0.6 million or 9.1% compared to RM6.6 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 mainly attributable to the reasons as explained above.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s recorded revenue of RM22.9 million, an increase of RM8.2 million or 55.8% compared to RM14.7 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022 mainly due to higher export sales revenue from wooden picture frames and mouldings. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM6.6 million, an increase of RM2.8 million or 73.7% compared to RM3.8 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022 mainly attributable to the higher export sales revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s recorded revenue of RM14.7 million, a decrease of 17.9% compared to preceding quarter mainly due to the high base effect in the immediate preceding quarter as a result of revenue recognition of deferred export containers that were brought forward from third quarter ended 30 September 2021 following the uplifting of Full Movement Control Order in mid August 2021. The strengthening of the US Dollar had improved the Group’s gross profit margin to 38.8%, which partially offset the lower export sales revenue. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM3.8 million, a decrease of 9.5%
BURSA MALAYSIA –
With the higher export volume of wooden picture frame and the uplifting of FMCO, the Group’s revenue rebounded to RM17.9 million for the current quarter under review, an increase of RM13.8 million or 336.6% compared to RM4.1 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM 4.2 million, an increase of RM5.1 million or 566.7% as compared to loss before tax of RM0.9 million in the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021 mainly due to higher export sales revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM 2.3 million, a decrease of RM0.6 million or 20.7% as compared to RM2.9 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020 mainly due to lower export sales revenue impacted by the re-imposition of nationwide full lockdown.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM2.9 million, a decrease of RM1.2 million or 29.3% compared to RM4.1 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020 mainly attributable to lower export sales revenue from wooden picture frame moulding, the weakening of US Dollars and higher operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a loss before tax of 0.6 million for the current quarter under review, a decrease of RM1.9 million or 146.2% compared to profit before tax of RM1.3 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020 mainly attributable to lower export sales revenue from wooden picture frame moulding and lower cost efficiencies in production as a result of low production volume amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.14 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 14.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 150 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM12.4 million for the current quarter, an increase of RM0.2 million or 1.6% compared to RM12.2 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 mainly due to higher local sales of other timber products. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM 1.3 million, a marginal increase of RM0.1 million or 8.3% compared to RM1.2 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to the saving derived from the more efficient use of raw materials.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM12.2 million as compared to RM14.0 million in preceding quarter ended 30 September 2019 mainly due to lower export sales volume from wooden picture frame moulding. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM 1.2 million as compared to RM2.2 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to the lower sales revenue and lower cost efficiencies in production as a result of lower production volume and loss of economies of scale.
