BURSA MALAYSIA –
As compared to the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s loss before tax of RM 1.5 million was in contrast to a profit before tax of RM 0.3 million mainly due to lower contribution from Electronic Divisions, reversal of amortisation of financial guarantee contract and loss on fair value adjustment of other investments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM 0.3 million from RM 2.5 million mainly due to lower contribution from Electronic Divisions contra with gain on fair value adjustment of other investments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM 2.5 million in contrast to a loss before tax of RM 0.2 million for the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to improve in contribution from Electronic and Properties Divisions.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM 0.2 million in contrast to a profit before tax of RM 12.7 million for the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to drop in contribution from Electronic and Properties Divisions and in the absence of gain on disposal of associated company RM 4.6 million and gain on disposal of land RM 1.8 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax increased to RM 12.7 million from RM 0.7 million mainly due to higher contribution from Properties Division, gain on disposal of associate and reversal of impairment loss on property, plant and equipment.

The Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM 2.2 million from RM 2.5 million mainly due to lower contribution from Properties Division as compared to immediate preceding quarter .

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM 2.5 million in contrast to a loss before tax of RM 12.5 million for the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to improved contribution from Electronic Division and in the absence of impairment loss on investment in associate of RM2.1 million and fair value of financial guarantee contract of RM1.1 million in Q420.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
As compared to the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s loss before tax increased to RM 24.2 million from RM 0.6 million mainly due to the negative impact of workers strike at China plant coupled with the absence of fair value gain on contingent consideration of RM 3.0 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
As compared to the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s loss before tax reduced to RM 0.6 million from RM 2.9 million mainly due to fair value gain on contingent consideration of RM 3.0 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher loss before tax of RM 2.9 million for current quarter compared to RM 1.4 million for the preceding quarter mainly due to negative contribution from Utilities Division in the absence of reversal of provision for liquidated ascertained damages on water project and slower construction progress of water projects in Q120.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 7.78 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 74.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 254 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM 1.4 million in contrast to a profit before tax of RM 3.6 million for preceding quarter mainly due to lower contribution from Electronic Division on lower revenue and unfavourable foreign exchange.
