BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM8.60 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM4.22 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Palm oil segment reported higher pre-tax loss by RM4.54 million mainly due to loss on fair value changes of quoted securities of RM7.89 million (Q4 FY2022: RM3.14 million).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported LBT of RM20.84 million in FYE 2022, which was higher than RM12.47 million LBT in FYE 2021 by RM8.37 million. This was mainly due to higher LBT reported in palm oil business segment as a result of the loss from disposal of quoted investment of RM7.36 million and mark-to-market loss on investment in quoted investment of RM10.58 million. The Group had incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary namely, ADSB to venture into food and beverages business, and is expected contribute to the future earnings of the Group as well as improve the Group’s financial performance in the coming years.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM4.22 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM4.02 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss in palm oil segment mainly from mark-to-market loss in quoted shares of RM3.14 million (Q3 22: mark-to-market gain of RM2.8 million, coupled with loss from disposal of quoted shares of RM6.10 million).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM4.02 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM7.87 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Lower pre-tax loss from palm oil segment mainly due to loss from disposal of quoted shares of RM6.10 million, offset with mark-to-market gain on investment in quoted shares of RM2.80 millio
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM7.87 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM4.73 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Higher pre-tax loss from palm oil segment mainly due to additional mark-to-market loss on investment in quoted shares of RM7.35 million in the quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded loss before tax (“LBT”) of RM12.5 million in FYE 2021 as compared to RM11.4 million recorded in previous FPE 2020. The operating and administrative expenses for the current financial year was mainly due to share-based payment made for share options granted and provision of impairment loss on trade receivables. Moving forward, the Group will continue to venture in manufacture and trading of glove business. The Group is confident with the current market conditions are in favour of glove manufacturers and the gloves market outlook is expected to remain positive for next few years.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM8.71 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM2.43 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss was higher mainly due to impairment loss in trade receivables of RM7.29 million, fair value adjustment of RM1.17 million from the ESOS exercised during the quarter under review

The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM8.71 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM2.43 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss was higher mainly due to impairment loss in trade receivables of RM7.29 million, fair value adjustment of RM1.17 million from the ESOS exercised during the quarter under review

The Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM2.43 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM0.85 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss was higher mainly due to fair value adjustment of RM2.23 million from the ESOS exercised during the quarter under review
BURSA MALAYSIA –
he Group recorded pre-tax loss of RM0.85 million for the current quarter as compared to pre-tax loss of RM0.49 million recorded in the preceding quarter. Pre-tax loss was higher in palm oil products segment mainly due to compensation paid for the cancellation of the land sale. Lower finance cost mainly due to lower utilization of bankers’ acceptance. Other segment reported higher pre-tax loss mainly due to professional fees for on-going corporate exercises during the quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted revenue of RM25.13 million for the current quarter ended 30 September 2020, which was 9% above the RM23.07 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2020. The increase was mainly attributable to the higher CPKO market price during the quarter under review as compared to preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 1.4.2019 – 30.6.2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.6 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 130 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM23.1 million and LBT of RM0.5 million respectively for the current quarter as compared to RM40.6 million and LBT of RM3.7 million respectively in the preceding quarter. The lower revenue was largely due to the decrease in trading of palm oil products and the uncertainty of crude palm kernel oil market price. The lower loss was largely attributed to the improved gross margin from the quick turnaround trading of crude palm kernel oil within a shorter period amid uncertain market price and lower operating expenses in line with the decrease business activities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group register a loss before tax of RM3.7 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter loss before tax of RM3.1 million. The loss before tax is attributable to the lower trading price derived from the trading activities in related palm oil products.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 1.4.2018 – 31.3.2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.59 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 1.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 88 thousands
