The Group had positively delivered a total revenue of RM392.6 million and achieved a commendable pre-tax profit of RM24.2 million in FY2023. The property development division remains the main pillar of the Group, contributing RM354.7 million in revenue. The majority of this revenue, RM341.8 million or 96%, was generated from the Pavilion Embassy project, while the remaining balance was from the sale of completed property units, trading and distribution, as well as the retail division. Our focus remains on identifying and capitalising on the opportunities that arise from the sustained demand for properties in strategic locations. Our primary focus would be on the development of landed residences and highly sought-after high-rise properties in desirable and strategic areas, aligning with the evolving needs and preferences of our valued customers.
