BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group had positively delivered a total revenue of RM392.6 million and achieved a commendable pre-tax profit of RM24.2 million in FY2023. The property development division remains the main pillar of the Group, contributing RM354.7 million in revenue. The majority of this revenue, RM341.8 million or 96%, was generated from the Pavilion Embassy project, while the remaining balance was from the sale of completed property units, trading and distribution, as well as the retail division. Our focus remains on identifying and capitalising on the opportunities that arise from the sustained demand for properties in strategic locations. Our primary focus would be on the development of landed residences and highly sought-after high-rise properties in desirable and strategic areas, aligning with the evolving needs and preferences of our valued customers.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite achieving lower revenue of RM56.2 million in the current quarter against RM80.4 million of the immediate preceding quarter, loss before tax has reduced by 41% from RM4.0 million recorded previously to RM2.4 million registered in the current quarter. The improved performance was mainly due to profit contributions from ongoing projects and other operating income received.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered lower revenue of RM80.4 million and loss before tax of RM4.0 million for the current quarter under review as compared to revenue of RM89.5 million and profit before tax of RM1.9 million of the preceding year corresponding quarter. The decline in performance was mainly attributed to lower other operating income coupled with higher operating expenses incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased from RM88.2 million recorded previously to RM114.0 million in the current quarter. In tandem with the higher revenue, the Group registered higher profit before tax of RM8.3 million against RM5.9 of the immediate preceding quarter. The favourable performance was mainly attributed to higher profit contribution upon completion of Galleria 2 project in April 2022 and sale of inventories

The Group’s revenue decreased from RM160.2 million recorded previously to RM88.2 million in the current quarter. Correspondingly, the Group also registered lower profit before tax of RM5.6 million against RM6.2 million of the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher finance costs incurred and share of results of the associate company

The Group’s revenue increased to RM160.2 million against RM89.5 million recorded previously. Correspondingly, the Group also registered higher profit before tax of RM6.2 million against RM1.9 million of the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher work progress and profit contribution from ongoing development projects and higher sale of inventories.

The Group’s revenue increased to RM89.5 million against RM83.4 million recorded previously. Correspondingly, the Group also registered higher profit before tax of RM1.9 million against RM1.6 million of the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher sales and work progress of Pavilion Embassy project as well as higher other operating income.

In tandem with the lower revenue, the Group registered lower profit before tax of RM7.3 million against RM10.1 million of the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower profit contribution from ongoing development projects.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased to RM44.3 million against RM75.9 million recorded previously. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower sales recognition of ongoing development projects in Kuala Lumpur and Seri Kembangan as construction work progress at all project sites continued to be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and the various movement control orders imposed by the authorities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased to RM75.8 million against RM84.4 million recorded previously. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower sales recognition of development projects in Kuala Lumpur and Seri Kembangan as construction works at all project sites have been halted and sales galleries closed due to the Covid19 pandemic and in compliance with the movement control order (“MCO”) that was enforced from 18 March 2020.

Compared against the preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue increased to RM84.4 million against RM60.0 million recorded previously. The increase in revenue was mainly due to higher sales recognition of development projects in Kuala Lumpur and Seri Kembangan. The Group registered lower profit before tax of RM4.3 million against RM5.1 million of the preceding quarter mainly due to lower operating income.
