BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased to RM130.72 million in the current quarter compared to RM127.42 million in the preceding quarter. Profit before tax decreased to RM2.66 million compared to RM6.12 million recorded in the preceding quarter, mainly due to unfavorable foreign exchange translation effect in the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased to RM127.42 million in the current quarter compared to RM138.18 million in the preceding quarter. Despite the lower revenue, profit before tax increased to RM6.12 million compared to RM2.10 million recorded in the preceding quarter, mainly due to the lower profit margin from completed projects in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased to RM138.17 million in the current quarter compared to RM119.52 million in the preceding quarter. Profit before tax decreased to RM2.10 million compared to RM10.23 million recorded in the preceding quarter, mainly due to the completion of major projects and lower profit margins for the on-going projects due to higher costs incurred.

Profit before tax decreased to RM10.23 million compared to RM51.83 million recorded in the preceding quarter. The preceding quarter’s revenue and profit before tax were boosted by a non-recurring transaction and disposal of a development land

The Group’s revenue decreased to RM134.64 million in the current quarter compared to RM152.35 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to lower work progress for the property development projects. Correspondingly, the Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM5.97 million compared to RM12.99 million recorded in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased to RM138.91 million in the current quarter compared to RM168.12 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to lower construction activities and lower work progress for the property development projects. The Group’s profit before tax increased marginally to RM5.79 million compared to RM5.78 million recorded in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased marginally to RM115.39 million in the current quarter as compared to RM115.60 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM2.06 million as compared to RM6.41 million recorded in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to the fair value loss on quoted investment of RM1.4 million and unfavorable foreign exchange translation of RM1.6 million recorded in the current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 9.51 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 69.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 402 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased to RM115.59 million in the current quarter as compared to RM212.14 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before tax decreased to RM6.54 million as compared to RM16.85 million recorded in the preceding quarter, due to lower construction and property billing activities due to MCO.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased to RM212.14 million in the current quarter as compared to RM197.72 million in the preceding quarter. The Group’s profit before tax increased to RM16.85 million as compared to RM15.09 million recorded in the preceding quarter, due to higher sales achieved for property development activities.
