BURSA MALAYSIA –
For FYE2024, The group’s PBT increased to RM14.47 million compared to a loss before tax of RM27.90 million in the preceding year, mainly due to a higher contribution from the Property Division in the current year coupled with lower impairments and accounting provisions compared to the preceding year. Moving Forward, The Group’s Construction Division will continue to explore new opportunities to replenish its order book as well as focus on the timely execution and completion of on-going projects. The Group will continue to explore new business opportunities to expand and strengthen the Group’s revenue, ensure timely completion of ongoing projects and implement various measures to improve operational efficiency to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
