The Star –
Foundpac Group Bhd, with RM51mil in net cash as of June 30, will venture into the production of critical automotive parts business in 2021. Group chief executive officer C.H. Ong said the group had planned to start its automotive critical parts business this year, but had to postpone it to 2021 because of the pandemic.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.8 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 9.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 96 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM11.143 million in the current quarter, which was RM3.389 million or 23.32% lower than the revenue of RM14.532 in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded PBT of RM4.018 million in the current quarter as compared to RM6.619 million in the preceding quarter. Decrease in PBT of RM2.601 million was mainly attributable to decrease in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM14.532 million in the current quarter, compared to RM12.962 million in the preceding quarter. Both segments of the Group; precision engineering and laser stencils segments generated additional revenue of RM0.504 million and RM1.066 million respectively. The Group recorded PBT of RM6.619 million in the current quarter as compared to RM5.899 million in the preceding quarter. The hike in PBT of RM0.720 million was mainly due to increase in revenue.
INVESTING MALAYSIA –
FPGROUP (27 DEC 19) RHB Retail Research said FoundPac Group Bhd may rebound higher after it continued holding above the 67 sen support.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.17 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 9.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 84 thousands
