BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations for the current quarter, recorded at RM5.1 million was higher than that of the preceding quarter of RM3.5 million due to better sales for Phase 2 of Riana Dutamas Project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations for the current quarter, recorded at RM3.5 million was lower than that of the preceding quarter of RM7.5 million due to the slow progress of contribution for Phase 2 of Riana Dutamas Project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations for the current quarter, recorded at RM7.2 million was higher than that of the preceding quarter of RM2.4 million due to the contribution for Phase 2 of Riana Dutamas Project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations for this quarter, recorded at RM2.4 million was lower than that of the preceding quarter of RM11 million due to the completion for Phase One of Riana Dutamas Project in first quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax fell to RM17.82 million from RM20.58 million for that of the previous financial year. The decline in profit before tax was mainly attributable to lower profit contribution from the property segment despite better performance from the contract manufacturing activities. The Group is confident that with the various marketing strategies being put in place, the strong brand image of the project and its inherent strengths due to its strategic location, connectivity and product affordability, the development will continue to contribute significantly to the Group’s financial performance in the future.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations of this quarter, recorded at RM7.0 million was higher than that of the preceding quarter of RM6.7 million due to increased profit contributions reported for property development as well as contract manufacturing activities.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.21 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 4.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 124 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations of RM2.1 million was lower than that of the preceding quarter of RM8.4 million due to decreased profit contributions reported for property development as well as contract manufacturing activities. Construction activities as well as product deliveries were negatively impacted by the restrictions imposed by the authorities following the Covid-19 outbreak
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax from continuing operations of RM8.4 million was higher than that of the preceding quarter of RM6.4 million on the back of higher profit contributions reported for property development as well as contract manufacturing activities with the latter’s revenue up by 14% to RM5.5 million from that for the preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.17 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 4.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 160 thousands
