BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM35.46 million from RM25.65 million in Q1FY20/21, mainly due to higher delivery of chemical products, clearing deferment made by customers in Q1. The increase in revenue boosted PBT to RM1.37 million as compared to LBT of RM3.33 million in the immediate preceding quarter
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 3.24 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 123 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial quarter under review, the Group recorded a lower revenue of RM25.65 million from RM82.21 million in Q4FY19/20, mainly due to lower delivery of chemical products that depended on customers’ scheduled usage. The decrease in revenue resulted in LBT of RM3.33 million as compared to PBT of RM2.29 million in the immediate preceding quarter, taking into account the unrealised hedging loss of RM0.94 million recognised in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial quarter under review, the Group’s continuing operations recorded a higher revenue by RM31.33 million from RM50.88 million in Q3FY19/20 to RM82.21million, mainly due to higher delivery of the chemical products as required by customers. Despite the increase in revenue, PBT is recorded lower at RM2.29 million as compared to RM3.32 million in the immediate preceding quarter, after offsetting administration cost and impairment loss on receivables in last quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, the Group’s continuing operations recorded a higher revenue of RM8.79 million from RM42.09 million in Q2FY19/20 to RM50.88 million, mainly due to higher delivery of some chemical products in line with higher customers scheduled usage. The increase in PBT by RM1.30 million as compared to RM2.02 million in the preceding quarter, is in line with the increase in revenue after offsetting administration cost at Investment holdings and other division.
