BURSA MALAYSIA –
Whilst the revenue of the Group in Q1-2022 is lower by RM12.0 million than the revenue in Q4-2021, the Group has marked a profit before tax of RM9.2 million in Q1-2022 as compared to RM10.6 million in Q4-2021. In Q4-2021, the Group made one off adjustments on impairments of inventories and fair value of investment properties of RM11.8 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the Group of RM21.7 million in 2Q20 is lower by RM8.5 million as compared to revenue of RM30.2 million in 1Q20. The Group’s rental rebates have been granted to existing tenants and resulted in lower revenue for property segment in 2Q20. Loss before tax in 1Q20 of RM15.4 million has decreased by RM6.4 million to RM9.0 million in 2Q20. The main reason is due to unrealised foreign exchange gain of RM3.2 million in 2Q2020 as compared to unrealised foreign exchange loss of RM2.1 million in 1Q2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the Group for 1Q20 of RM30.2 million is lower by RM32.1 million as compared to revenue for 4Q19 of RM62.3 million. Loss before tax in 1Q20 has improved by RM2.3 million from loss before tax of RM17.7 million in 4Q19 to RM15.4 million in 1Q20. The lower group revenue due to lower contribution from on-going projects. Decrease in loss before tax is due to the recognition of impairment in investment property and intangible assets in previous quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.78 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 282 thousands
