BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower profit before tax of RM15.88 million for the financial year ended 31 August 2024, a decrease of RM1.89 million or 11% compared to RM17.78 million for the preceding financial year. The decrease was mainly due the amortisation of intangible assets amounting to RM3.67 million. Looking ahead, the Group’s strategic focus on vertical integration and business diversification will likely result in improved profitability and financial stability. Additionally, the Group is on the lookout for new opportunities, including potential acquisitions, which will enable it to leverage market demand and grow its revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT for the FYE 2023 increased 18.4% YoY to a high of RM17.8 million from RM15.0 million in the prior year. This was primarily driven by its manufacturing segment with stronger sales. For our existing business, the order flow remains
on an uptrend. We are leveraging on our established relationship with our customers to provide highly customised solutions that satisfy their requirements. Simultaneously, our team is working hard to replenish our orders and maintain it at healthy levels, to give us clear earnings visibility. Besides, the Group is also exploring potential export markets to expand our geographical reach beyond the borders of Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in revenue of RM0.54 million to RM16.87 million in 1Q 2023 as compared to RM16.32 million in 4Q 2022. The increase in revenue was mainly contributed by the manufacturing segment which was driven by the higher sales orders for metal door frames in 1Q 2023. Despite higher revenue recorded, the Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax of RM0.79 million in 1Q 2023 mainly due to an increase in cost of sales as a result of the increase in raw material cost and higher operational costs
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PBT for FYE 2022 was RM15.0 million, an increase by more than double as compared with RM7.2 million in FYE 2021. The higher PBT was in line with the higher revenue recorded and lower administrative expenses. The administrative expenses for FYE 2022 was lower mainly due to listing expenses having been fully expensed off in FYE 2021. The Group remains cautiously optimistic that the unfulfilled orders in hand will continue to provide the Group with a steady revenue for the next financial year. Additionally, the Group will continue to seek avenues to enhance its financial performance and to take all proactive measures to ensure the existing business remains sustainable
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in revenue of RM1.23 million to RM16.32 million in 4Q 2022 as compared to RM15.09 million in 3Q 2022. The increase in revenue was mainly contributed by the manufacturing segment, driven by higher sales outputs and higher selling prices due to adjustment made following the increase in raw material cost. Despite higher revenue recorded, the Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax of RM0.07 million in 4Q 2022 mainly due to higher operational costs.

The Group recorded profit before tax of RM4.02 million, an increase of RM0.5 million in 3Q 2022. The increase was in line with the higher revenue recorded and improvement in gross profit margin contributed by the manufacturing segment. . The increase in revenue was mainly contributed by the manufacturing segment, driven by higher billings and higher selling prices due to adjustment made following the increase in raw material cost
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite higher revenue recorded, the Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax of RM0.02 million in 2Q 2022 mainly due to higher administrative expenses. The higher administrative expenses in 2Q 2022 was mainly due to higher payroll related expenses incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM3.54 million, an increase of RM3.32 million in 1Q 2022. The increase was mainly due to higher revenue recorded and improvement in the gross profit margins contributed by the manufacturing segment. The increase in revenue was mainly due to greater volume of customers’ orders fulfilled during 1Q 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before tax of RM0.21 million, a decrease of RM2.04 million in 4Q 2021. The decrease was mainly due to work stoppages arising from the FMCO and EMCO as most of the Group’s customers are located within the Klang Valley. As a result, this had caused delays in revenue recognition of scheduled deliveries for unfulfilled purchase orders.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax and profit after tax of RM0.05 million respectively for the current quarter ended 28 February 2021. The increase was mainly due to higher billings and improvement in gross profit margins contributed by the manufacturing segment.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 1.9.2019 – 31.8.2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.41 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 134 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in revenue of RM5.86 million or 122.7% to RM10.64 million in the current quarter ended 31 August 2020 as compared to RM4.78 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2020. The increase was mainly contributed by the manufacturing segment when the Group resumed operations at 100% of its workforce under the conditional movement control order (“CMCO”) and recovery movement control order (“RMCO”) during the current quarter ended 31 August 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
There are no available comparison figures for the immediate preceding quarter as this is the first interim financial report announced by the Company in compliance with the Listing Requirements.
