BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax at RM2.61 million in the current financial year which has declined significantly as compared to a profit of RM0.69 million in the last financial year. This was mainly due to several new projects obtained have yet to commence during the period. The Board anticipated that the prospects for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 to be positive but challenging. To maintain DFCITY as one of the major manufacturers of dimension stone products, we will continue to focus on maximising efficiency and timely delivery of quality products at competitive pricing to ensure the long-term strength of the businesses and operations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax at RM0.69 million in current financial year which has improved significantly as compared to loss of RM0.97 million in last financial year. This was mainly due to the austerity measures imposed over the administrative and general costs and finance costs as well as the improvements in revenue during the year. Moving Forward, to maintain DFCITY as one of the major manufacturers of dimension stone products, we will continue to focus on maximising efficiency and timely delivery of quality products at competitive pricing to ensure the long-term strength of the businesses and operations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by RM1.05 million in current quarter as compared to the immediate preceeding quarter ended 30 June 2022. The Sales of Goods segment’s revenue decreased by RM0.5 million and the Construction segment’s revenue dereased by RM0.55 million. In current quarter, the Group generated a gross profit of RM1.6 million, and derived at profit after tax of RM0.22 million mainly due to the Group has implemented certain austerity measures.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated an operating profit of RM0.65 million, and derived at profit before tax of RM0.96 million. This was due to the Group improved slowly in its performance after the long period of Movement Control Order period as well as gain on disposal of property made.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated an operating profit of RM0.47 million in current quarter, and derived at a loss before tax of RM0.12 million which is lower as compared to the loss before tax of RM0.73 million in the immediate preceeding quarter ended 30 June 2021. This was mainly due to the higher other income such as gain on disposal of assets and reversal of impairment losses from a better long outstanding debts collection.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated an operating profit of RM1.176 million, and derived at profit before tax of RM0.166 million. This was due to the Group improved slowly in its performance after the long period of MCOwhichshown from the increase in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group generated an operating profit of RM1.05 million, whereas the loss before tax has improved to RM0.03 million. This was due to the Group resuming its production to cater customers’ orders after the MCO period and increase significantly in the 3Q2020 revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In current quarter, the Group generated an operating loss of RM0.23 million, whereas the loss before tax has improved to RM0.37 million. This was due to the production capacity not fully utilised as a result of significant decrease in customer orders during the Covid-19 pandemic. Besides, higher cost reduction in administrative cost by RM0.89 million and higher other incomes such as reversal of doubtful debts of RM0.20 million and contribution received of RM1.00 million, resulted decrease in loss before tax.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by RM0.84 million in current quarter as compared to the immediate preceeding quarter ended 31 December 2019. This was mainly due to the decrease in Sales of Goods segment by RM0.82 million.
