In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.34 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 94 thousands
New Straits Times –
Bioalpha Holdings Bhd (BHB) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bioalpha International Sdn Bhd (BISB) inked a collaborative agreement with CME Health Sdn Bhd (CME Health), a wholly-owned subsidiary of CME Group Bhd (CGB) to develop, manufacture and supply health food supplements to market in Southeast Asia. Under the agreement, BISB shall become CME Health’s product development partner and the exclusive sole manufacturer of the immune health food supplement products. CME Health is also granted the exclusive rights to market, sell, promote and distribute these products in the SEA region.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a total revenue of RM1.3 million, a decrease of RM9.1 million or 87.7% as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM1.5 million for the current quarter as compared to profit before tax of RM0.7 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower revenue recorded.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a revenue of RM10.3 million, a decrease of RM6.3 million or 38.1% as compared to the preceding quarter. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM0.7 million for the current quarter as compared to RM2.9 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease mainly due to lower revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.46 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 149 thousands
