BURSA MALAYSIA –
Our Group reported a record higher of revenue at RM198.67 million and highest Profit Before Tax (“PBT”) of RM5.73 million for the past 5 years. This was largely attributable to the progress achievement from a mega construction contract secured by a subsidiary, namely Cabnet M&E Sdn Bhd (“CME”) back in November 2022. With the continuing expansion plan of semiconductor industry at Northern region, the Group is confident with its strategic positioning to capitalise on opportunities from this expansion trend. We believe our Group will be in a position benefit from increased market demand to upgrade ICT infrastructure and system to enhance organisation cybersecurity as well as ensure ICT systems availability as part of business continuity planning during unplanned event
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group was facing pressure from delays in project completion, a high-inflationary environment and gradual increase of bank lending rate throughout the reporting period. As a result, the Group’s profit before tax declined by 69% to RM0.61 million compared to RM1.96 million in FYE 2021. As we are moving into an era of high inflation and tightened monetary policy, the Group anticipates operational cost will remain on the high side. Nevertheless, the Group will continue to be diligent in optimising operational efficiency. The Group will continue its efforts in actively securing viable projects and potential strategic investments
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In spite of higher revenue recorded in current financial quarter, the Group profit before tax increased slightly to RM0.77 million compared to preceding quarter profit before tax of RM0.76 million mainly because of increased in selling and administrative expenses as result of fully reinstated of staff salary.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue increase by approximately RM4.27 million as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021 mainly because of the inclusion of the revenue from the newly acquired subsidiary company in current financial quarter were higher compared to preceding financial quarter. The Group reported a profit before tax of approximately RM0.76 million for the current quarter as compared to profit before tax of RM0.54 million in preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue and gross profit.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of approximately RM0.54 million for the current quarter as compared to profit before tax of RM0.57 million in preceding quarter mainly due to higher of selling and administrative expenses as well as finance cost in current financial quarter.

The Group recorded profit before tax of approximately RM566,000 in the current quarter as compared to the preceding year corresponding quarter of loss before tax of approximately RM1.10 million as a results of higher revenue and other income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of approximately RM97,000 for the current quarter under review as compared to loss before tax of RM3.81 million in preceding quarter mainly due to higher of gross profit and lower down of selling and administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, the Group achieved revenue of RM8.04 million which is approximately 34.57% lower as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020. The decline in revenue mainly due to construction progress was affected by the MCO enforced by Malaysian Government which had led to temporary suspension of business operations from 18 March 2020 to 4 May 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group achieved revenue of RM12.29 million which is approximately 43.51% lower as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to projects awarded in year 2019 still in early stage and slower progress of the projects. The construction progress towards the end of the current quarter was also affected by the MCO.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.03 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 7.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 73 thousands
