BURSA MALAYSIA –
During the current quarter, the Group registered total revenue of RM17.00 million as compared to the preceding quarter of RM12.95 million. The Group has registered a profit after tax and minority interest of RM1.24 million as compared to preceding quarter loss after tax of RM4.02 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted a net loss of RM2.5 million and loss per share (LPS) of 1.24 sen for 2022 compared with RM2.6 million of net loss and LPS 1.29 sen for 2021. It was attributable to the RM5.0 million of investment sum for joint venture in oil palm plantation in 2022. In order to accommodate our growing pipeline of customers, the Group has increased its production capacity by investing and upgrading our production capacity which allows us to capture a larger market share. As the global demand on consumer goods increases, we are well positioned to grow significantly towards fulfilling our vision.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has registered a profit after tax and minority interest of RM0.09 million as compared to preceding quarter loss after tax of RM0.56 million. The Directors foresee a weaker performance for the Group during the current year under influence of global economic downturn, weak recovery from slow domestic economic environment due to implication of pandemic COVID-19 outbreak.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has registered a loss after tax and minority interest of RM0.84 million as compared to preceding quarter loss after tax of RM1.36 million. The improvement was mainly due to the higher gross profit of RM0.55 million during the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter gross profit of RM0.20 million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.37 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 4.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 75 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group has registered a loss after tax and minority interest of RM1.17 million as compared to preceding quarter profit after tax of RM2.55 million. The decrease in profit was mainly due to the lower cost of sales of RM10.49 million during the preceding quarter resulting in a gross profit of RM3.89 million as compared to cost of sales of RM13.03 million during the current quarter resulting in a gross profit of only RM0.88 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered total revenue of RM12.97 million as compared to the preceding quarter of RM17.92 million. The decrease was mainly due to global economic slowdown caused by the pandemic COVID-19 outbreak and the ensuing enforcement of the movement control order (“MCO”) by the Government of Malaysia effective from 18th March 2020.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
During the current quarter, the Group registered total revenue of RM12.90 million as compared to the preceding quarter of RM18.89 million. The Group has registered a loss after tax and minority interest of RM0.40 million as compared to preceding quarter loss after tax of RM0.24 million. The decrease in profit was mainly due to the reduction in turnover in current quarter
