BURSA MALAYSIA –
On a QoQ basis, revenue remained relatively unchanged with the lower revenue of the Facilities division being made up by the other divisions in the current quarter as compared to Q1/FY23. Arising from the above as well as points highlighted under the respective business divisions, the Group recorded a PBT of RM10.1m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM8.6m in the immediate preceding quarter, an increase of RM1.5m/17.3%
BURSA MALAYSIA –
On a QoQ basis, revenue decreased by RM5.2m/5.1% in line with slower project progress undertaken by the Environment and Rail divisions in current quarter as compared to Q4/FY22. Arising from the above as well as points highlighted under the respective business divisions, the Group recorded a PBT of RM8.6m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM9.2m in the immediate preceding quarter, a marginal decrease of RM0.6m/6.2%.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite higher revenue, the Group recorded a PBT of RM9.2m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM12.2m in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease of RM3.0m/24.6%. The decrease was mainly attributable to the impairment of receivable of RM3.0m as well as impairment of goodwill of RM2.8m.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a PBT of RM16.5m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM5.6m in the immediate preceding quarter, an increase of RM10.9m arising primarily from better results recorded by the Environment division

The Group recorded a PBT of RM5.6m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM10.6m in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease by RM4.9m/46.7% arising primarily from lower results recorded by the Environment division as mentioned in the above.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group recorded a PBT of RM10.6m in the current quarter under review compared to a PBT of RM16.7m in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease by RM6.1m (-36.5%). This was largely attributable to the lower revenue recognition as mentioned above as well as the one-off austerity initiatives undertaken by the facilities division.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 10.14 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 78.7 million and auditor’s remuneration of 396 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group’s revenue was RM71.8m for current quarter, decreased by RM7.8m mainly due to lower revenue recorded by facilities as well the rail division. Nonetheless, PBT for the current quarter was RM6.4m, increased by RM3.9m due to the effective operating cost management undertaken by Environment division as well as less adverse issues arising from the Aircond segment of the Engineering divisions as highlighted in the segmental analysis.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM79.617 million and PBT of RM2.503 million as compared to revenue of RM88.789 million and PBT of RM11.967 million in preceding quarter. The lower revenue recorded by the rail division. PBT decreased significantly by RM9.5m due to less than favorable issues arising from the Aircond segment of the Engineering and Rail divisions.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 8.99 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 75.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 407 thousands
