BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue was RM30.837 million for 2Q2020, an increase of approximately 34% as compared to 1Q2020 of RM22.964 million. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.747 million in 2Q2020 as compared to 1Q2020 of loss before tax of RM0.492 million. The increase in loss was mainly due to lower demand from manufacturing segments and lesser margin from product mix of ICT segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM22.964 million in 1Q2020, which dropped 13.03% as compared to 4Q2019 of RM26.403 million. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.492 million in 1Q2020 as compared to 4Q2019 of RM0.669 million. The decrease in loss was due to the reversal of impairment loss on trade receivables.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.56 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 100 thousands
