BURSA MALAYSIA –
During the financial year our ICT segment experienced compressions in margins for sales of certain products and services. Moreover, our TIS segment reported a loss after tax that has weaken the Groups’ overall performance during the financial year. On this account, our Group’s profit after tax for the financial year retreat from RM3.56 million in FYE 2021 to RM2.09 million in FYE 2022. Based on the positive feedbacks and orders received from our customers in relation to our EV charging equipment, we expect our Green Technology division to gain more tractions as we continue to roll out more EV-related products and services. As part of our plan to strengthen our revenue growth and to remain competitive in this fast growing market, we continually increase our ICT products offering, bringing innovative and high quality technology products to our customers mainly in the mobility sector
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s overall improvement in PBT for the current financial quarter by 109% was mainly attributed to the higher sales and profit from the ICT segment and the share of associate company’s profit.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s overall drop in financial performance for the current financial quarter was mainly due to the overall increase in materials, logistic and other operating costs and loss recorded by the TIS segment. Thus, a lower net profit of 82.6% was reported as compared to the immediate preceding financial quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter of RM16.40 million is higher than RM14.53 million recorded in the immediate preceding quarter largely contributed by higher sales reported by the ICT segment. Thus, a higher profit after tax was reported.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter of RM14.53 million is lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM 17.17 million mainly attributed to lower sales reported by both the ICT and TIS segments. As a results, a lower profit before tax by 53.3% was reported.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Our Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter ended 30 November 2021 increased by RM11.46 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 August 2021. With the increase in sales, our Group reported profit after tax of RM1.48 million as compared to a loss after tax of RM0.73 million posted in the immediate preceding quarter.

Group reported lower revenue and loss after tax of RM 731,000 for the current financial quarter mainly due to lower sales and net loss recorded by the ICT segments which business activities was temporarily affected during the total lockdown
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter of RM16.21 million is lower as compared to immediate preceding quarter mainly attributed to lower sales posted by both the ICT and TIS segments. On the other hand, the lower profit recorded in the immediate preceding quarter was due to the write down/off of inventories in the ICT segment and the professional, consultancy fees and the charge out of some renovation costs incurred on the four-storey office building.

The Group’s lower performance reported in the preceding financial quarter was due to the MCO that caused the Group’s business activities to be temporary halted. In tandem with the increase in sales and productions activities during the current financial quarter, the Group posted a higher revenue of 170.4% and profit contribution.

The Group’s revenue for the current financial quarter decreased to RM6.55 million as compared to immediate preceding quarter of RM11.36 million, mainly attributed to lower sales registered by both the ICT and TIS segments. As a result, a lower profit after tax is reported in the current financial quarter.
