BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial period ended 30 June 2024, the Group achieved a profit before taxation of RM36.7 million, marking a significant positive shift compared to the profit before taxation of RM14.9 million reported in the same period last year. The higher in PBT were mainly contributed by OSV segment and Subsea/OIC Segment. We will ensure that the enhancement of shareholder value remains a strategic priority, consistently and periodically

This will be done in tandem with the pursuit of an asset-light strategy, as AMRB will also keep
transforming its business by continuing to dispose of ageing and surplus vessels that have little prospect in securing or servicing contracts.
