BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM0.37 million in this quarter which decreased by 16% compared to revenue of RM0.44 million in the preceding quarter which was mainly contributed by the Group’s Indonesian subsidiary company as a result of change of management team which led to disruption of business processes in current quarter, as well market turned slow during year end and festive seasons. The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM1.98 million as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.99 million in the preceding quarter. The increased in losses was mainly due to decrease in gross profit of Indonesian’s segment to cover the other operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.99 million as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.69 million in the preceding quarter. The increased in losses was mainly due to decrease in gross profit of Indonesian’s segment to cover the other operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.69 million as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.86 million in the preceding quarter. The decreased in losses was mainly due to increase in gross profit of Indonesian’s segment but offset by increased in professional fee in current quarter. Forensic audit was completed in current quarter hence forensic audit fee was incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.86 million as compared to the audited loss before tax of RM2.13 million in the preceding quarter. The decreased in losses was mainly due to the decrease in the Group’s operational expenses in the current quarter. In the preceding quarter, most of the expenses incurred on the settlement of material litigations, while the was no legal fees incurred in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM2.11 million as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM1.58 million in the preceding quarter. The increased in losses was mainly due to the decrease in the Group’s gross profit and increase in operational expenses in the current quarter.

The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM1.58 million as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.78 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to the decrease in the Group’s gross profit and increase in operational expenses particular in legal fees in the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.78 million which had increased by 18% as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.67 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to the decrease in the Group’s gross profit and increase in operational expenses particular in professional and legal fees in the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.67 million which decreased by 37% as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM1.06 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to decrease in the Group’s operating expenditure in particular the professional and legal fees incurred in the holding company.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM1.08 million which increased by 43% as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.76 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to despite the increase in gross profit in our MCLS segment, the increase in the operating expenditure in particular the professional and legal fees incurred in the holding company which amounted to around RM0.44 million had in overall increased the Group’s loss before tax of current quarter as compared to the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.76 million which decreased by 19% as compared to the unaudited loss before tax of RM0.93 million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to increase in the gross profit margin in our Malaysia’s MCLS segment and also decrease in the operating expenditure of the Group had in overall decreased the Group’s loss before tax of current quarter as compared to the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM1.76 million in this quarter which decreased by 46% compared to revenue of RM3.25 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to our Indonesia’s business operations was adversely affected by the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar or PSBB) implemented in Jakarta, Indonesia which commenced on 10 April 2020.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.58 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 62 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM3.25 million and loss before tax of RM1.05 million in this quarter compared with a revenue of RM1.65 million and loss before tax of RM0.94 million in the preceding quarter. The revenue has increased 97% which was largely contributed by the Group’s Indonesia subsidiary company, decreased in revenue of the Malaysia’s business segment and increased in operating expenditure in the Group which had lead to a higher after tax loss.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM1.65 million in current quarter compared to RM1.31 million in the preceding quarter, and an unaudited loss before tax of RM0.94 million, compared with loss before tax of RM0.80 million in the preceding quarter. The revenue increased 26%, however there’s also an increase in operating expenditure which mostly from our Indonesia’s subsidiary company which had lead to a higher after tax losses.
