BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported total revenue of RM27.382 million, which is 0.09% lower than the immediate preceding quarter of RM27.406 million. This was mainly due to the sales of lower price product mix or the quarter under reviewed. The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM2.363 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM10.480 million, mainly due to lesser fair value loss on other financial assets of RM0.352 million for quarter under reviewed as compared to RM9.839 million in the preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM10.48 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM44.34 million, mainly due to the fair value loss on other financial assets, deposits written off and impairment on property, plant and equipment of RM37.90 million in the preceding quarter.

The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM44.34 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM7.63 million, mainly due to the fair value loss on investment in quoted shares, deposit written off, impairment on property, plant and equipment of RM37.90 million. It was also mainly due to reduce of revenue of Turnkey solutions for gloves manufacturing business as which is in line with the relatively slower demand in glove sector
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM7.63 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM1.84 million, mainly due to impaiment of slow moving stocks and impact from flood in Thailand plant that causes total loss of RM6.41 million.

The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM1.8 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM3.6 million, mainly due to turnkey revenue from glove manufacturing business solution and unrealised loss on foreign exchange arising from intercompany balances denominated in thai baht and US dollar as compared to higher losses in immediate preceding quarter mainly due to impairment loss of RM2.08 million.
The Edge –
AE Multi Holdings Bhd has bagged another project to set up the production facility for PNE PCB Bhd, a new entrant to the rubber glove industry. The company filed its press statement to Bursa Malaysia announcing that its unit AE Multi Industries Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award from PNE Glove Sdn Bhd – a unit of PNE PCB Bhd – to design, build and deliver on a turnkey basis a glove-manufacturing factory of up to 59,000 square feet within eight months. The factory will have the capacity to house up to 10 glove-dipping lines for the sole-purpose of manufacturing medical grade nitrile gloves
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported total revenue of RM19.37 million, which is 40.88% higher than the immediate preceding quarter of RM13.75 million. This was mainly due to the peak of Covid-19 pandemic affected the production in last quarter but the Group managed to restore to normalcy coupled with the increase of sales order during the quarter under reviewed. The Group posted a loss before taxation of RM0.50 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM1.64 million, mainly due to increase in sales order for the current quarter under reviewed.
The Edge –
AT Systematization Bhd has become a substantial shareholder of AE Multi Holdings Bhd after acquiring an 18.18% stake in the latter yesterday. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, AT Systematization said its wholly-owned subsidiary AT Precision Tooling Sdn Bhd bought the stake, comprising 77.86 million shares, in an off-market transaction for RM15.65 million.

The Group reported total revenue of RM13.75 million, which is 22.06% lower than the immediate preceding quarter of RM17.64 million. This was mainly due to Covid-19 pandemic, there is lower sales demand during the quarter under reviewed.

The Group reported total revenue of RM17.642 million, which is 2.82% higher than the immediate preceding quarter of RM17.158 million. This was mainly due to increased of revenue from the new project under its wholly owned subsidiary AERD. The revenue of the new project is 2.58 million which is 14.62 percent of the total revenue for financial ended 31 March 2020. However, the sales for the current printed circuit board business has dropped by 12.25 % due to the Covid-19 pandemic

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.81 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 9.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 80 thousands
