The Edge –
AE Multi Holdings Bhd has bagged another project to set up the production facility for PNE PCB Bhd, a new entrant to the rubber glove industry. The company filed its press statement to Bursa Malaysia announcing that its unit AE Multi Industries Sdn Bhd has received a letter of award from PNE Glove Sdn Bhd – a unit of PNE PCB Bhd – to design, build and deliver on a turnkey basis a glove-manufacturing factory of up to 59,000 square feet within eight months. The factory will have the capacity to house up to 10 glove-dipping lines for the sole-purpose of manufacturing medical grade nitrile gloves
The Edge –
AT Systematization Bhd has become a substantial shareholder of AE Multi Holdings Bhd after acquiring an 18.18% stake in the latter yesterday. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, AT Systematization said its wholly-owned subsidiary AT Precision Tooling Sdn Bhd bought the stake, comprising 77.86 million shares, in an off-market transaction for RM15.65 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported total revenue of RM13.75 million, which is 22.06% lower than the immediate preceding quarter of RM17.64 million. This was mainly due to Covid-19 pandemic, there is lower sales demand during the quarter under reviewed.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported total revenue of RM17.642 million, which is 2.82% higher than the immediate preceding quarter of RM17.158 million. This was mainly due to increased of revenue from the new project under its wholly owned subsidiary AERD. The revenue of the new project is 2.58 million which is 14.62 percent of the total revenue for financial ended 31 March 2020. However, the sales for the current printed circuit board business has dropped by 12.25 % due to the Covid-19 pandemic

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.81 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 9.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 80 thousands
