BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the group recorded revenue of RM305.07 and PBT of RM45.02 million as compared with RM201.64 million and RM45.82 million respectively in the previous financial year. This was mainly due to lower margin resulted from product mix and higher operating expenses for the current year under review. Moving forward, the Group is working to improve productivity and efficiency to boost profitability and expand its customer base through various marketing activities, including appointing new distributors. The Group also will closely monitor and adapt to the challenging economic environment, remaining optimistic that these initiatives will positively impact financial performance moving forward.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite lower revenue and gross profit, the Group recorded profit before taxation of RM7.75 million compared with profit before taxation of RM 1.72 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to the unrealized foreign exchange loss. The unrealized foreign exchange loss was mainly due to the sharp devaluation of Renminbi against Hong Kong Dollar which cause the inter-company balance to have a sharp devalue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a profit before taxation of RM25.3 million on the back of RM137.1 million revenue mainly from the aquaculture business and food processing business, including aquaculture business from the newly acquired subsidiaries North Cube and North Cube Food Sdn Bhd (North Cube Food). As the local marine shrimp aquaculture market is projected to expand, the combined strengths of 278 prawn cultivation ponds and its own processing plant to process the harvest into finished products would enable the Group to gain a larger market share of the aquaculture business in Malaysia
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The gross profit for the current quarter decreased to RM14.24 million as compared to RM15.14 million in the preceding quarter and the Group recorded profit before taxation of RM1.72 million as compared to profit before taxation of RM 11.60 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to the unrealized foreign exchange loss and finance costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The gross profit for the current quarter increased to RM15.14 million as compared to RM8.12 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue from North Cube Sdn Bhd and North Cube Food Sdn Bhd. The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM11.60 million as compared to RM7.17 million in the preceding quarter was mainly due to higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit before taxation of RM7.17 million as compared to RM4.89 million in the preceeding quarter. This was mainly due to higher gross margin, lower operating expenses and higher foreign exchange gain for the current quarter.

The Group recorded Profit before taxation of RM4.89 million as compared to Loss before taxation of RM2.15 million mainly due to higher gross margin, lower operating expenses and foreign exchange gain for the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The prawn aquaculture and other seafood products business demonstrates encouraging results amidst a challenging operating environment with the mandated Government of Malaysia’s movement control order. Revenue grew more than 100% from preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.21 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 4.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 78 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM335,000 for Q12020 on the back of RM2.24 million revenue derived wholly from the prawn aquaculture business. The financial results of edible oil and peanut trading business is reflected in the share of loss of an associate amounting to RM0.53 million for Q42019.
INVESTING MALAYSIA –
4 MAR 20 – After posting three consecutive loss-making years, China-based edible oil producer Xinghe Holdings Bhd is upbeat on its prospects for a turnaround in its financial year ending Dec 31, 2020 (FY20), which it expects to be supported by its new aquaculture food business.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM78.2 as compared to RM81.1 million in preceding quarter. This decline was due to reduced raw peanut trading. The current quarter’s LBT was RM97.4 million as compared to RM5.8 million in preceding quarter. As for the increases in net loss and the loss attributable to the owners of the Company quarteron-quarter, they were in line with the above increase in LBT with the differentials due to tax effects and the non-controlling interest in a PRC subsidiary respectively.
