Salary Proof
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM472.4 million and a loss attributable to owners of the parent of RM435.6 million in FY2022 mainly due to the losses incurred on the proposed disposals of two parcels of development lands for RM244.4 million in FY2022 as the proposed disposals had given rise to provisions for foreseeable losses of RM298.6 million. Looking forward, the group plan to expand into serviced residences, commercial and landed properties in the Central, Northern and Southern Regions, as well as Genting Highlands, to further strengthen our position and contribute to future earnings.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a PBT of RM5.0 million in the current quarter as compared to a LBT of RM61.5 million in the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 which was mainly attributed to the higher revenue recognised during the current quarter as well as the improvement in the Group’s property investment, recreation and resort operations.
