BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial year ended 30 June 2024, the Group had recorded a PBT of RM18.5 million as compared to Loss before tax of RM2.6 million in the previous financial period. The group recorded PBT mainly due to lower administration expenses incurred and higher profit margin from sales of housing development and contract works. Moving forward,TWL will launch its affordable and mid-market properties by second quarter 2024 with an estimated gross development value (“GDV”) of approximately RM1.0 billion. Our strategic focus remains in these market segments, whist emphasising on innovative and lifestyle living to appeal to the discerning home-buyers. The Group is confident that the strategic location of its affordable project coupled with the attractive products and pricing, will meet the demand of home-buyers in Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower loss of RM3.13 million compared to RM17.72 in FY2022 . The loss was mainly attributed to the administration expenses arising from the depreciation of PPE and the corporate proposal expenses and the recognition of share based payment of RM4.9 million from the Employees’ Share Option Scheme (ESOS). The Group is confident that the strategic location of its affordable project coupled with the attractive products and pricing, will meet the demand of home-buyers in Malaysia. With a focus on affordable housing that offers appealing values, TWL is confident that the take-up rates of its property project will gain momentum and beneft from the reopening of the economy.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM3.107 million for the current financial period mainly derived from trading of gloves and rubber woods and construction works.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss of RM17.72 million. The loss was mainly attributed to the administration expenses arising from the depreciation of PPE and the corporate proposal expenses and the recognition of share based payment of RM18.92 million from the Employees’ Share Option Scheme (ESOS). By taking a balanced view of the recovery ahead as well as the potential challenges ahead, TWL will launch its affordable project by first quarter 2023 with an estimated gross development value of approximately RM0.8 billion. The Group is confident that the strategic location of its affordable project coupled with the attractive products and pricing, will meet the demand of homebuyers in Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss of RM22.61 million. The loss was mainly attributed to the higher administration expenses arising. Moving forward, the Group endeavours to practice good governance and operational excellence to ensure sustainability in the economic, environment and social aspects. The Group will continue to be innovative in its marketing strategies and prudent in its financial policies to ensure sustainable growth in earnings for the Group.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue of RM0.064 million for the current quarter decreased by 97% from RM2.473 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower sales volume from batching plant due to the movement control order issued by the government, pending new timber contact works and launching of new housing project.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.78 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 7.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 147 thousands
