BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit before taxation has decreased 79.44% to RM17.31 million in FYE 2022 as compared to RM84.20 million recorded in FYE 2021 mainly due to sharp adjustments in steel prices and reduced profit margin. Moving forward, the Group will continue its cautious and pragmatic strategy in expansion plans execution, increase production capacity and sales growth, automate its production facilities and other operations to improve production efficiency, reduce reliance on foreign workers, consolidate existing resources and gear for organic growth from within. Thus, the Group is constantly improving its manufacturing facilities, IT facilities and other relevant infrastructures required for business operations through properly planned capital expenditures to maintain its competitiveness and sustainability.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared with the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue for the current quarter under review decreased by 12.29% from RM112.34 million to RM98.53 million mainly due to lower sales volume by 10.78%. The LBT for the current quarter under review reduced 25.17% from loss of RM3.37 million to loss of RM2.52 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher other operating income in current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter under review increased by 8.13% from RM103.89 million to RM112.34 million while sales volume increased by 30.31%. The PBT for the current quarter under review decreased 144.35% from the immediate preceding quarter’s PBT of RM7.61 million to the current quarter’s loss before tax of RM3.37 million mainly due to decreased average selling price, lower GP margin and a higher average cost of the raw materials.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review decreased 13.09% from RM119.54 million to RM103.89 million while sales volume decreased by 16.33%. Lower profit before tax from RM15.60 million to RM7.61 million mainly due to reduced gross profit margin and higher average cost of material.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review increased 8.63% from RM110.04 million to RM119.54 million while sales volume increased by 17.96%. Lower profit before tax from RM22.47 million to RM15.60 million mainly due to higher average cost of material, reduced gross profit margin and lower other operating income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review increased 12.62% from RM97.71 million to RM110.04 million whereas profit before tax decreased 17.89% from RM27.36 million to RM22.47 million mainly due to lower average selling price, reduced gross profits margin & higher operating expenses which included the RM1.22 million initial set-up past service costs of retirement benefits as mentioned above in existing quarter under review as compare to preceding period
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review increased 27.95% from RM74.42 million to RM95.22 million whereas Profit before tax increased 94.07% from RM8.46 million to RM16.43 million mainly attributable to higher sales volume and continued rise in steel prices
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared with the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue for the quarter under review increased 101.90% from RM34.24 million to RM69.13 million. The profit before tax for the quarter under review increased to RM2.90 million as compared to RM0.28 million loss in preceding quarter, as a result of higher sales volume and better steel prices.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared with the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue for the quarter under review decreased 44.19% from RM61.35 million to RM34.24 million. The profit before tax for the quarter under review decreased 129.70% from preceding quarter profit of RM0.93 million to quarter loss of RM0.28 million. The loss for the period mainly due to lower sales volume and profit margin mainly attributable to Covid-19 impact on business and halt of business operation.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared with the immediate preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue for the quarter under review decreased by 4.56% from RM64.28 million to RM61.35 million. The profit before tax for the quarter under review improved by about 136.20% from preceding quarter loss of RM2.56 million to quarter profit of RM0.93 million. The improved financial performance mainly attributable to higher GP margin from preceding quarter of 2% to current quarter of 6% due to lower raw material cost and operating expenses in existing quarter under review as compare to preceding period.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.59 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 59 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to preceding quarter, the Group’s revenue for current quarter increased from RM55.28 million to RM64.28 million. The loss before tax for the quarter improved slightly from preceding quarter loss of RM 2.995 million to RM 2.56 million. The loss for the period was mainly due to reduced GP margin. The reduced net loss for the period & loss before tax were mainly attributable to lower operating expenses & provision for inventory written down.
