BURSA MALAYSIA –
The current quarter recorded a pre-tax loss of RM2.08 million compared to the pre-tax loss of RM6.60 million for the immediately preceding quarter. The improvement is mainly due to higher gross profit from property development operations, as well as a RM0.68 million interest cost savings following the full settlement of the RM40 million BaIDS during the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 35.08% quarterly decrease in revenue from RM17.70 million to RM11.49 million, mainly due to the drop in construction revenue from RM13.39 million to RM8.60 million because two of the existing projects are approaching the tail end of their contract works. The current quarter recorded a pre-tax loss of RM6.60 million compared to the pre-tax profit of RM3.50 million for the immediately preceding quarter, in view that the previous quarter’s profit was buoyed by a RM27 million interest waiver from a substantial creditor.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 48.26% quarterly decrease in revenue from RM36.69 million to RM17.71 million. Revenue from sales of stock and land declined from RM27.16 million to RM3.15 million. The current quarter pre-tax profit of RM3.50 million also declined against a pre-tax profit of RM10.08 million for the immediately preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The current quarter recorded a pre-tax profit of RM10.07 million against a pre-tax loss of RM7.56million for the immediately preceding quarter. The profit was primarily derived from the land sale.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 88% quarterly decrease in revenue from RM23.64 million to RM2.85 million. Construction revenue fell from RM10.65 million to merely RM1.53 million as a result of the MCO lockdown while land and stock sales of RM11.96 million fell to only RM0.20 million. Notwithstanding the above, sequential loss before tax improved marginally from RM6.13 million to RM5.81 million, primarily due to absence of impairment charges and write-offs.

BURSA MALAYSIA –
Sequential gross profit rose from RM1.20 million to RM7.45 million. However, due to a RM5.81 million provision for quit rents and assessments, the current quarter only recorded a marginally lower pre-tax loss of RM6.13 million against loss of RM6.65 million for the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The current quarter posted a lower pre-tax loss of RM6.65 million compared to RM8.99 million for the immediate preceding quarter. The improvement of RM2.34 million was largely due to the RM67.73 million gain on deconsolidation its 85% owned subsidiary, Jilin Province Maxcourt Hotel Ltd., which was off-set by a RM11.76 million impairment on the amount owing by JPMHL in accordance with MFRS 9 and a RM34.13 million impairment of the Group’s investment in this same subsidiary. Other contributing expenses include a RM7.19 million impairment charge on inventories and finance costs of RM15.31 million.
