BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit after tax and minority interest increased by 61% from RM20.2 million to RM32.5 million. It was mainly due to the success of TSEVEN ELISE in achieving a good 6 months of operations from first gas in July 2023. The stabilized oil prices and aging offshore infrastructure also played a vital role. For T7 Global, the Energy Division will remain as the Group’s core business. The Group continues to pursue new works and to look for industry opportunities where we possess the relevant expertise and experience to venture into. For the Infrastructure Construction Division, the Group clinched a 3-year baggage handling system replacement program for KLIA Terminal 1 as part of a consortium with Siemens Logistics Pte. Ltd., the world’s leading BHS solutions provider
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group reports revenue increased by approximately 19% from RM305.5 million in FYE 2021 to RM363.0 million in FYE 2022, while profit after tax and minority interest increased by 93% from RM10.6 million to RM20.4 million. The increase was mainly due to the higher execution of works related to IWS and O&M for clients such as Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd., Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited (formerly known as Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited) and Carigali Hess Operating Company Sdn. Bhd. Moving forward, for the Construction Division, the Group clinched a 3-year baggage handling system (BHS) replacement program for KLIA Terminal 1 as part of a consortium with Siemens Logistics Pte. Ltd., the world’s leading BHS solutions provider. This is their maiden project for the airport logistic industry and will be lookout locally and in the region for similar projects.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded consolidated revenue of approximately RM61.99 million as compared to RM93.31 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. In the current quarter under review, the Group recorded a net profit after tax of RM2.74 million as compared to a net profit after tax of RM5.56 million recorded in the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM48.78 million as compared to RM56.27 million in the preceding quarter, decrease of 3.31%. The Group registered profit after tax of RM1.14 million for current quarter as compared to profit after tax of RM1.13 million in the preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.77 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 20.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 228 thousands
INVESTING MALAYSIA –
(16 DEC 19) Oil and gas service provider T7 Global Bhd has clinched contracts for manpower jobs from Mubadala Petroleum’s entity, MDC Oil & Gas (SK320) Ltd, and an engineered product job from Shell’s entity, Sarawak Shell Bhd/Sabah Shell Petroleum Co Ltd.
