BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and loss after tax for the financial year under review stood at RM62.33 million and RM0.35 million respectively. Our financial performance took a dip mainly due to the timing between the completion of earlier projects and the commencement of new projects. The Group anticipates banking conditions will normalise and all project locations to feature fresh designs layouts that cater for new post pandemic realities that offer greater flexibility, multiplicity of usage and refocus into strong community facilities and amenities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM4.33 million for the current quarter as compared to the loss before tax for the preceding quarter of RM1.82 million. The profit before tax is mainly due to sales activities and project costs adjustments.

The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM1.82 million for the current quarter as compared to the profit before tax for the preceding quarter of RM12.39 million. The loss before tax is mostly reflective of timing between the completion of earlier projects and the commencement of new projects.

The increase in profit before tax during the period was mainly due to pick up in sales and development activities resulting from the relaxation of the Movement Control Order.

The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM1.95 million for the current quarter as compared to the profit before tax for the preceding quarter of RM3.02 million. The loss before tax incurred during the period were mainly due to the recent review of the estimated total property development costs of the current projects and slowdown in sales and development activities resulting from the Movement Control Order and the Conditional Movement Control Order.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the current quarter is RM44.61 million compared to the preceding quarter of RM24.59 million. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM3.02 million for the current quarter as compared to the profit before tax for the preceding quarter of RM6.69 million. The decrease in profit before tax during the period was due to the slowdown in development activities resulting from the downgrading of Recovery Movement Control Order to Conditional Movement Control Order.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 3.6 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 6.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 278 thousands

The revenue for the current quarter is RM5.16 million compared to the preceding quarter of RM42.99 million. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM1.36 million for the current quarter as compared to the loss before tax for the preceding quarter of RM5.13 million. The decrease in loss before tax is mainly due to preceding quarter incurred project costs recognised in compliance with local development authorities’ requirements.

The revenue for the current quarter is RM42.99 million compared to the preceding quarter of RM31.22 million. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM5.13 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter of RM5.91 million. The decrease in profit before tax is mainly due to project costs recognised in compliance with local development authorities’ requirements.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the current quarter is RM31.22 million compared to the preceding quarter of RM42.22 million. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM5.91 million for the current quarter as compared to the profit before tax for the preceding quarter of RM15.61 million. The profit before tax is lower due to discounts given for the sale of completed projects’ stock.
