BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the Financial year ended 30 June 2024, the Group recorded a LBT of RM43.1 million compared to RM21.4 million loss in the corresponding period last year, representing an increase in loss of approximately RM21.7 million. The increase in LBT for the 12-month period ended 30 June 2024 was mainly attributed by the low order volume from current running products, Higher line setup-costs due to non-optimization of production line because of the low production volume, Inefficient absorption of fixed overheads due to low revenue, Legal fees expenditure for the ongoing court cases amounting to RM2.0 million and Impairment loss on property, plant & equipment (“PPE”) amounting to RM9.3 million. In near future, the Group will continue to pursue growth and put effort in developing new products and new processes through its research and development capabilities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted LBT of approximately RM21.4 million for FYE2023 compared to LBT of approximately RM8.3 million for FYE2022. The increase in loss was mainly attributed, amongst others, by low order volume for current running products, VSS of RM0.5 million, impairment loss on property, plant & equipment of RM0.5 million and provision of expected credit loss (“ECL”) of RM1.5 million. The Group continues to pursue diversification into the segments whereby part of it is the Group”s process in obtaining its certification for IATF 16949 is underway.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 30 June 2022 has increased to RM49.8 million compared to RM21.5 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022. In tandem with the higher sales, the group recorded a PBT of 2.3mil compared to LBT of RM4.7 million for the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 31 March 2022 has decreased to RM21.5 million compared to RM38.1 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021. In tandem with the lower sales, LBT for the current quarter was of 4.7mil compared to LBT of RM1.4 million for the preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 31 December 2021 has increased to RM38.1 million compared to RM34.4 million for the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021. LBT for the current quarter was of 1.4mil compared to LBT of RM4.6 million for the preceding quarter. The decrease for the current quarter loss was mainly due to the compensation from insurance claim on Covid-19
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 30 September 2021 has decreased to RM34.4 million compared to RM73.4 million for the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2021. LBT for the current quarter was of 4.6mil compared to PBT of RM2.2 million for the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to the low sales resulted from operational shutdown due to Covid-19 outbreak at production areas and inefficient absorption of fixed costs
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 30 June 2021 has increased to RM73.4 million compared to RM43.6 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2021. In tandem with the higher sales, the group recorded a PBT of 2.2mil compared to LBT of RM4.9 million for the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 31 March 2021 has decreased to RM43.6 million compared to RM49.8 million for the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020. The continuous prudent costs management had attributed to slightly lower LBT at RM4.9 million compared to LBT of RM5.0 million for the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 30 September 2020 has increased to RM56.1 million compared to RM37.3 million for the preceding quarter ended 30 June 2020. LBT was RM4.9 million compared to LBT of RM3.4 million for the preceding quarter. This was mainly attributed by the lower margin products.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 3.19 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 30.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 150 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020 has decreased by 34.0% compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019. The LBT was at RM4.2 million compared to PBT of RM0.1 million for the preceding quarter. The current quarter LBT was affected by the low revenue, change in sales mix and also implementation of the MCO which has affected the production volume.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue increased 2.7% to RM171.3 million from RM166.8 million. The higher revenue was due to stronger revenue growth in the Milling & Estate Segment. Group PBT increased 31.8% to RM 18.6 million from RM14.1 million in previous quarter. This was mainly due to the better performance in the Milling & Estate Segment. This segment boosted by higher CPO prices and overall higher sales volume.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 has increased by 70.0% compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2019 while the PBT was at RM0.1 million compared to LBT of RM3.2 million for the preceding quarter. The current quarter PBT has improved due to higher revenue.

SALUTE (18 DEC 19) RHB Retail Research said Salutica Bhd may climb higher after posting another white candle and leaving an upside gap.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.16 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 26 million and auditor’s remuneration of 180 thousands
