BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group loss before tax also decreased, with the Group recording RM53.56 million loss after tax in FY2022 compared to RM62.43 million in FY2021. This lower loss after tax was due to better cost control of Presto’s related expenses and lower impairments during the financial year. The group shall continue exploring strategic investment opportunities via partnerships and JVs that purposefully expands the Presto digital ecosystem and opens us up to more target audiences. With the help of existing partners, PUC looks to recover from the pandemic’s disruptions by ensuring strong internal
infrastructures are in place before fully venturing into overseas partnerships and expansion opportunities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue in the current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower media and advertising revenue in the current quarter. The lower revenue had also contributed to the higher loss before taxation in the current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded a higher revenue in the current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter, mainly contributed by higher revenue in the media and advertising business in the current quarter. The higher revenue also resulted in a lower loss before taxation by 1% in the current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded a higher revenue in current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher local and regional media business activities under OmniChannel segment, as well as higher sales of software under Presto segment in current quarter. Higher loss before taxation in the current quarter are mainly due to impairment losses and adjustments
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue in current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to increase in regional media business activities under Omnichannel segment. Higher loss before taxation in the current quarter by 427% are mainly due to impairment losses and adjustments
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue by 10% in current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower revenue from OmniChannel segment, where the level of business activities had been further worsened by the Covid-19 pandemic situation, including impacts from Movement Control Order.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of 41% in current quarter compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower revenue recorded for OmniChannel segment due to lower sales of conventional media and advertising.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.81 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 13.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 260 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a loss before tax of RM63.74 million in current quarter compared to profit before tax of RM1.17 million in preceding quarter 30 September 2019. The lower profit before taxation mainly due to goodwill write-off of RM26.02 million; Impairment of intangible assets of RM21.85 million; Impairment loss on the solar plant amounting to RM2.46 million as the Group had embark the disposal of Maxgreen Energy Sdn Bhd.
