BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher loss before tax (“LBT”) of RM3.7 million for FY2022 as compared to a LBT of RM1.9 million previously in line with the lower revenue recorded. Moving forward, PMSB will continue to leverage innovative technology as part of its competitive advantage over its industry peers. To this end, it will strengthen its efforts to embed Building Information Modelling (“BIM”) technology into its construction management processes. Also, PMSB will continue to prioritise the completion of the eight ongoing projects it currently has in hand, as well as focus its efforts on streamlining and bolstering its resources to face market challenges.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue decreased by 19% due mainly to the lower construction activities during the quarter. In line with lower revenue, the Group generated a loss profit before tax of RM3 million for the quarter due to higher construction costs incurred for the quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue increased by 18% due mainly to the higher construction activities during the quarter. Despite higher revenue, the Group generated lower profit before tax of RM0.2 million for the quarter due to the higher construction material costs and worker wages incurred for the quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue increased by 62% due mainly to the higher construction progress recognized from the ongoing projects as compared to the preceding quarter. Despite of the higher revenue, the Group incurred a loss before tax of RM4.5 million due to the higher construction material prices and the additional construction cost incurred arising from the pandemic.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue decreased by 24% due mainly to the lower construction progress recognized from the ongoing projects as compared to the preceding quarter. The decrease in construction activities was due to the re-implementation of MCO in June 2021. As a result of the lower revenue and additional construction expenses accrued for the extension of time, the Group incurred a loss before tax of RM6.8 million.

The revenue decreased by 22% due mainly to the lower construction progress recognized from the ongoing projects as compared to the preceding quarter. The decrease in construction activities was due to the re-implementation of MCO in June 2021. However, the Group managed to generate a profit before tax of RM3.4 million for the quarter from the ongoing projects.

The revenue decreased marginally by 4% due mainly to the lower construction progress recognized from the ongoing projects. In the absence of provision for foreseeable loss and impairment, the Group generated a profit before tax of RM4.7 million for the quarter.

The revenue decreased by 40% due mainly to the lower construction progress recognized from the ongoing projects as a result of the implementation of MCO and CMCO.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.27 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 20.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 118 thousands
