Moving Forward, The Group plans to launch the development of some 231 residential units of various types with estimated gross development values totalling RM86.0 million at the Group’s existing townships at Balok Perdana, Bandar Putra and Chendor Utama in 2023. The sales strategies for the projects, once underway, will be discussed and reviewed with the marketing team. Also, The Group will continue to intensify efforts to secure tenants for our vacant office units at Menara Zenith and Menara Teruntum. Among the strategies applied is to approach multi national corporations (MNC) and Government agencies to set-up their regional offices there, which will provide secured long-term rental and reduce tenant turnover risk.
