BURSA MALAYSIA –
NHF posted a Profit Before Tax (“PBT”) of RM33.2 million in FY2022 as compared to RM25.1 million in FY2021. The higher PBT was mainly due to higher revenue achieved. Moving Forward, he Group remains cautiously optimistic about the replacement automotive market’s prospects for 2023. The Group will continue to focus on the ASEAN market, where there is still a huge potential for growth in terms of vehicle ownership per capita. With the greater trade openings under the AFTA Agreement and RCEP Pact, this would further promote the Group’s exports of its products to the region and other member countries.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Compared to preceding quarter (“2Q 2022”), revenue increased marginally by RM1.7 million from RM75.4 million in 2Q 2022 to RM77.1 million in 3Q 2022. PBT in 3Q 2022 increased by RM0.6 million or 5.4% from RM11.1 million in 2Q 2022 to RM11.7 million in 3Q 2022 mainly due to improved revenue in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by RM4.7 million from RM70.7 million in 1Q 2022 to RM75.4 million in 2Q 2022. The higher revenue was mainly due to higher demand in the local market. PBT in 2Q 2022 increased by RM1.1 million or 11.0% from RM10.0 million in 1Q 2022 to RM11.1 million in 2Q 2022 mainly due to improved revenue in the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
PBT for preceding quarter was positively impacted by fair value gain from revaluation of Investment Properties of RM1.5 million. Excluding the aforementioned, PBT in 1Q 2022 decreased by RM0.6 million on lower sales offset by higher selling prices
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by RM43.0 million from RM40.0 million in 3Q 2021 to RM83.0 million in 4Q 2021. The jump was due to the Movement Control Order implemented in Malaysia that took place in 3Q 2021 as a result of COVID-19 pandemic which caused the shutdown of manufacturing operations for one and a half month. As a result, PBT in 4Q 2021 increased by RM12.0 million from RM0.1 million in 3Q 2021 to RM12.1 million in 4Q 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by RM16.4 million from RM58.5 million in 2Q 2021 to RM42.1 million in 3Q 2021 due to FMCO. As a result, PBT in 3Q 2021 decreased by RM5.0 million from RM5.1 million in 2Q 2021 to RM0.1 million in 3Q 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
PBT in 2Q 2021 decreased by RM2.9 million or 36.3% from RM8.0 million in 1Q 2021 to RM5.1 million in 2Q 2021 mainly due to lower sales as well as shutdown of the manufacturing operation in June 2021.

Compared to the preceding quarter (“2Q 2020”), revenue increased by RM24.7 million or 53.1% from RM46.5 million in 2Q 2020 to RM71.2 million in 3Q 2020. The increase in revenue was due to lockdown that took place in 2Q 2020.

Compared to the preceding quarter (“1Q 2020”), revenue decreased by RM10.9 million or 19.0% from RM57.4 million in 1Q 2020 to RM46.5 million in 2Q 2020. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower demand in both local and overseas markets as a result of the global lockdown
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.85 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 43 million and auditor’s remuneration of 121 thousands

Group’s revenue decreased by RM12.3 million or 17.6% from RM69.7 million in 4Q 2019 to RM57.4 million in 1Q 2020. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower demand in both local and overseas markets and the aforementioned enforced lockdown in March 2020. PBT decreased by RM7.4 million or 172.1% from PBT of RM4.3 million in 4Q 2019 to LBT of RM3.1 million in 1Q 2020. The decrease in PBT was mainly due to unrealised unfavourable forex impact and lower revenue.
