BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group third quarter’s profit from operations was improved from preceding quarter of RM10.2 million to RM13.1 million mainly due to higher profit contributions from the on-going construction projects and precast manufacturing.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group second quarter’s PBT was reduced from preceding quarter of RM3.1 million to RM1.8 million mainly due to impairment on receivables recognised in the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a lower revenue of RM67.5 million in the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM96.5 million in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the near completion of a construction project. Lower PBT by 99% in current quarter is mainly due to the absence of recognition of gain on remeasurement of other investment in the immediate preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a lower revenue and LBT of RM55.6 million and RM3.1 million respectively in the current quarter as compared to revenue and LBT of RM62.0 million and RM2.0 million respectively in the immediate preceding quarter. The Group”s revenue and LBT had deteriorated in the current quarter mainly due to the slow progress of the on-going construction projects affected by the EMCO imposed in Klang Valley in July 2021 and unrealised forex loss arising from the foreign borrowings in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a higher revenue and profit before interest and tax of RM74.6 million and RM10.7 million respectively in the current quarter as compared to revenue and loss before interest and tax of RM125.5 million and RM21.4 million respectively in the immediate preceding quarter. The Group’s revenue declined in the current quarter mainly due to the near completion of the MRT project
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported revenue of RM47.1 million and LBT of RM1.6 million in the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM86.9 million and LBT of RM4.7 million in the preceding quarter. Lower revenue is mainly due to slower progress in the construction projects which were affected by the MCO. LBT improved mainly due to higher shares of profit from the associated companies coupled with foreign exchange gain contributed by the strengthening of RM against USD.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2018, the directors’ remuneration was 3.89 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 30.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 468 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported revenue of RM86.9 million and LBT of RM4.7 million in the current quarter as compared to revenue of RM96.7 million and PBT of RM0.2 million in the preceding quarter ended 31 Dec 2019. Lower revenue is mainly due to slower progress in one of the construction projects. LBT is mainly due to share of losses in an associate in Indonesia and foreign exchange loss arising from borrowings denominated in US dollars.

MUDAJAYA 21 JAN 20 – Mudajaya Group Bhd has bagged a RM31.99 million contract to supply and maintain street lighting and traffic light system for the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) project.
