BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM41.7 million due to higher student intakes taking place during this period and higher active student numbers. As a result of higher revenue, the group recorded Profit after Tax (“PAT) of RM 2.9 million for the current quarter ended 30 June 2024. Going forward, The group will continue to emphasizing the Strategic Growth & Transformation plan to deliver sustainable and long-term results.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM31.0 million, represents an increase of 8% from the preceding quarter. The higher revenue recorded in current quarter has contributed to a higher profit before tax recorded by 239% as compared with the immediate preceding quarter.

The Group recorded higher revenue of RM28.7 million, represents an increase of 7% from the preceding quarter. However, the preceding quarter recorded a higher profit before tax by 62% against current quarter mainly due to the gain arising from the divestment of Minda Global International Education Sdn Bhd, which was our K-12 Education sector.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded lower revenue by 22% and profit before tax by 43% in the first quarter as compared to the preceding quarter was due to lower revenue. Historically, our student’s intake numbers are the highest during the final quarter.

Traditionally, quarter one is a weak quarter mainly driven by low student intake. Therefore, the profit before tax for the current quarter is lower by 92% as compared to the preceding quarter. In addition, the preceding quarter recorded a gain from lease modification, which arises from the termination of a long term lease agreement coupled with the reversal of asset impairment arising from assets revaluation exercise in the previous year
