BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss after tax of RM17.27 million (2021: profit after tax of RM2.15 million) and EBITDA loss of RM19.61 million (2021: EBITDA Profit of RM4.80 million) after taken into consideration the share based expenses and impairment due to the decrease in revenue. The group management will work closely with the Board to evaluate all potential new business or investments to optimise the interest of the Group as well as the shareholders and stakeholders.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For comparison with current quarter and preceding quarter the performance was reduced mainly current quarter revenue derrived from One Le Tower and preceding quarter revenue was derrived from recognition for furnishing works for purchasers and common upgrading works in Amani Residences.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The performance of current quarter was decrease by 95% as compare with preceding quarter was mainly due to balance of revenue and cost recognition upon Amani Residences project handed over to purchasers in February 2022. Majority of the revenue and profit has been recognised in forth quarter 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for current quarter has increased by RM20.235 million and profit before tax decreased by RM1.090 million was due to share based payment and impairment of long term receivable
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for current quarter has increased by RM3.025 million and profit before tax increased by RM0.474 was due to pick up work after Total Movement Control and sales conversion.

The revenue for current quarter increased from RM10.986 million to RM11.813 million and the profit before tax decreased from RM2.401 million to RM0.566 million as compare with preceding quarter. The decrease in profit was maily due to slow works progress in Amani Residences project there is a valuation gain derrived from China properties at the end of year 2020.

The revenue for current quarter decreased from RM23.310 million to RM10.986 million and the profit before tax decreased from RM2.927 million to RM2.401 million as compare with preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue and profit was maily due to slow works progress in Amani Residences project althought there is a valuation gain derrived from China properties.
The Star –
Jiankun International Bhd has entered a memorandum of understanding with Chuanplus Industries Sdn Bhd to negotiate a potential collaboration in nitrile rubber production. It said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that the parties will negotiate the investment of RM50mil to produce nitrile rubber for the rubber glove industry. The parties will form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to build a new nitrile rubber production plant and enter the upstream production of nitrile gloves. It is proposed that Jiankun will have 80% ownership of the SPV while Chuanplus holds the remaining 20%.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for current quarter increased from RM5.262 million to RM23.310 million and the profit before tax increased from RM0.089 million to RM2.927 million as compare with preceding quarter. The increase was main due to massive recovery of works progress after conditional movement control order has been lifted by government earlier.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
As comparison with Q2 2020 to Q1 2020, the revenue was decreased by RM13.951 million and profit before tax decreased by RM2.288 million was mainly mainly due to MCO and CMCO imposed by government which the construction works was unable to perform during this period of time.

As comparison to Q4 2019, revenue was increased by RM0.791 million and profit after tax decreased by RM0.746 million. The decreased in profit after tax was due to long holidays for quarter 1 and Covid-19 pendamic started in Mar was affected the number of days in construction during the first quarter
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.93 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 2.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 116 thousands
